You make awesome videos of flying such light aircraft ! Your Dad enjoys living vicariously thru you guys!
Well he got to live this life first! I'm glad he enjoys watching!
That's pretty cool that you can do your review in the Challenger
Yea we are gonna do both so that I'm current and proficient in both!
Most of my videos were recorded through a tinted windshield. As you can see, visibility in daytime vfr is not an issue.
I just watched! Very nice. Why are you not making videos now?
@@TheJonjonj I'll get some out there again. I was down for maintenance and repairs for several months starting in August. Now I'm in the process of adding a transponder and AD$B out. Hoping to fly the Chicago shoreline on the way to Oshkosh this year instead of going around the class B. That'll make a good video!
@@scottgotwings yes it will!
Awesome video brother !
Thank you 🙏 that means alot to hear!
I don't mind the clear, but mine are tinted, and I love them. When I replace them, I will definitely keep them tinted.
When the sun is beating down, the tint helps keep it slightly cooler but helps with the glare as well.
Yea I'm thinking they are the way to go!
I didn't consider the cooling factor, but you have a point. I put 2 vents in the windshield and was very comfortable flying with the doors on last summer.
Good decision not to take anyone up when it is so rough. Don't want to give them a bad experience.
Enjoy
Texas? I've heard of that place. What part of California is that?
😆 🤣 definitely not California!
I’m told that the nose is suppose to stay up until the engine is started for a perfect balance. So I think your plane with your weight is perfectly balanced.
Yes my CG is perfect I was nose heavy prior to losing weight!
Did you see the bird fly under you at approx 7:51?
Yea they were everywhere my last few flights but honestly at that moment I don't remember seeing that one specifically.
