If you ask a cyclists "which country is the best for cycling in South America?", many will say Colombia. It's an amazing country with open people, a cycling culture, beautiful nature and a warm climate. If you are thinking to cycling in South America, Colombia should be a start or end point of your trip!
We are Zoë and Olivier, together we are WeLeaf. We are travelling around the world on human power since September 2016. We left Amsterdam by bicycle, hitchhiked across the Atlantic Ocean, cycled the Americas, north and south, hiked on the AT and did the complete Northern Forest Canoe Trail. Are you cycling because you like cycling?

There are so many reasons that we cycle :). Zoë doesn't like cycling as a sport but loves it as a way to travel. Olivier just loves cycling, no matter when. We travel by bicycle because we want to travel in an active way, on human power, have the freedom to go where we want, meet local people, be fit and discover the real culture in a country. We just like sports and it's beautiful that we combine it with travelling :)
