Laurenitus Omnibus: this guy fucked up OVW fuck this shit. Russo: * No talking really just Jim Cornette angrily decimating a punching bag that has a print out of Russo's face on it, with a tennis racket.*
I can say with certainty that I will be listening to this, in its entirety, at least once per year, every year, until I die. It's like, one ten thousandth of one percent of each year of my life. Totally doable and totally worth it.
The story I remember about Paul Burchill was, that Vince McMahon either vaguely knew that pirates were hot at the time and wanted to capitalise on that buzz, or just randomly decided he wanted a pirate. So that decision made, the creative team gave him wrestling's version of Jack Sparrow (and Burchill said himself that he made sure to present a very Depp-influenced character) but Vince McMahon saw it and essentially shat all over it, because he wanted a traditional pirate and didn't know of, or understand the Jack Sparrow type of pirate.
Grandmothers and wrasslin is a very under appreciated demo; my grandma LOVED wrasslin (she called it "the Game"); when every one else in stopped watching it, I knew I could call her and talk about it (in kayfabe, obviously); she was a huuuuge Batista fan until he attacked Mark Henry and then she couldn't stand the guy and she loved Mr. McMahon and Ric Flair.
Seeing old, grumbling Vince now (which i think he exaggerates to a certain degree to still play some character lol), these stories make me a lil sad that he's nearing his expiration date. And love him or hate him, you know a big part of pro wrestling dies when that time finally comes.
You can see Vince's evolution, from a young a hungry man with a dream to a Confident and War Hawk General fighting a war and firing at all cylinders to an old and decrepit man resting in his laurels.
Just finished this. I feel like most of the clips are the same. Multiple times during this I kept saying to myself I just heard this story 30 mins ago. Please keep making Omnibus videos and more Watch Along videos. Really enjoy the old school stuff!!
That's what I thought! THEN, I learned about an actual fucking MOVIE being made about him and thats when I shut my mouth and started waiting. This knowledge was bestowed upon me just about 6 or 7 months ago so I know it'll still take a minute to release. But I'm stoked about this one. I don't think people realize how big of a deal it's going to be when a certain 2 people die... Number one being Ozzy Osbourne And number 2 being Vince McMahon. Those two deaths will be very.... I don't even know what words to use. But there will be SUCH a shift in culture when those two die. Their absences will change a LOOOOOT of things.
What a lot of people don't realise: This may very well be Vince's last decade with us, at 75 years of age as of the *beginning* of this decade. If Vince truly is Superman, he may be around another decade and live to his 90's. But planning for the worst, Vince may kick the bucket by 2025 (God willing that doesn't happen, for karma's sake.) Anyone saying "Vince should go away"... That may happen sooner than later just by the natural process!
There are strong rumors, supported by evidence that he will be selling the WWE, and possibly moving to Florida. If you know anything about how ltd companies work you'll know all of the telltale signs of sale that WWE have done over the past 2 years. Combine that with Vince selling his house and Linda living in Florida. I wouldn't be surprised if Vince retires shortly after Wrestlemania.
@@jkranites Buying back stock, amalgamating departments, reducing the wage bill, and hiring a chairman that was a Lawyer that specialized in sale contracts of large corporations but totally there is no evidence. Forget where I read it, but Shane apparently pushed Vince into the pool once. Everyone died laughing, except Vince,.who was described as ready to kill Shane. Shane got out of Dodge & stayed away for most of the day, till Linda convinced him it was safe to come back.
That happened to my gym teacher once but he wasn't pushed. I didn't get to see it since I wasn't in his class nor had him as a teacher that year. I had someone else for my gym teacher. I am upset I didn't get to see it. Most people hate him and I do mean hate him because he was a jerk and a fatass. Since I didn't see it I can't say for sure what happened but the kids that did see it all said the same thing and I'm inclined to believe them because how can you make that up? He went to sit down on his chair but it broke and he fell into the pool. I don't know why his chair was that close to the pool since it never was when I had him. I'm assuming the kids all laughed at him. I would have.

@@pacifiedbeaumonte Well you may think that, but i love him for what he gave me which was great entertainment from my childhood to my teenhood to my early adult years is something am always grateful for. His burying WWE into the ground as we speak, but what he has done from the early 80s to the last decade is something i will never forget, he is a legend.
From an outside perspective Vince is like an MDickie AI come to life. Completely unpredictable and crazy, sometimes brilliant, frequently baffling, always entertaining or engaging. Truly one of the most fascinating people ever for my money.
Listen, I've been keeping an eye on your progress and I think some changes need to be made...
Get your strength up to 80 by the end of the month or your fired
We are truly living in an MDickie simulation had there been a budget. Not much of a budget, but more.
man it would be something to see/ listen to a chronological order of omnibus’. So we can see how Jim has either warmed up to or severely grown to hate certain people
the olivier omnibus: hate hate hate hate hate hate hate hate small compliment hate hate hate hate
@@drpandanomics3050 no that would be for Russo lol
Laurenitus Omnibus: this guy fucked up OVW fuck this shit.
Russo: * No talking really just Jim Cornette angrily decimating a punching bag that has a print out of Russo's face on it, with a tennis racket.*
I can say with certainty that I will be listening to this, in its entirety, at least once per year, every year, until I die. It's like, one ten thousandth of one percent of each year of my life. Totally doable and totally worth it.
This is the content I've been waiting for from the internet
Jim Cornette taught me the word omnibus. It's a good word, glad I learned it.
Corny's the only guy that can make me revisit a video to listen to the sponsor ads 🤣
Instead of the 3 Faces of Foley!
Travis Heckel gave us
The 3 Faces of Vince!
Outstanding Thumbnail! 😁
I can’t believe I listened to this entire thing today. You guys are the best thing I came across this year by far.
Haha damn, I take my hat off to you sir
@@jasonwoot5199 I just watched football on mute with this on spotify lol
That's just so wrong sharing such a personal act!!! He came across it lmaooooo!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@professorchaos2697 Did you really just make yourself laugh with that weak ass joke? Wow that is sad.
After past 2 weeks and counting well need another off these lol
It's more of an omnibus about turkey sandwiches with light mustard, but I still listened to the whole thing 🥪
I wish I could’ve found out how Jim would compare Vince and Trump. Seems like an interesting topic, shame he didn’t cover it.
The mental image of the legion of Doom giving Vince the doomsday device in a bar will never leave me
i can listen to Jim talk about the same story 15x
he has such an artistic grasp of the english language
The story I remember about Paul Burchill was, that Vince McMahon either vaguely knew that pirates were hot at the time and wanted to capitalise on that buzz, or just randomly decided he wanted a pirate.
So that decision made, the creative team gave him wrestling's version of Jack Sparrow (and Burchill said himself that he made sure to present a very Depp-influenced character) but Vince McMahon saw it and essentially shat all over it, because he wanted a traditional pirate and didn't know of, or understand the Jack Sparrow type of pirate.
These stories are priceless! Thank you for uploading. Happy New Year’s everyone 😀
That's some sweet watch time. I know this because I can already tell I'll listen to this a ton.
ikr ...I'm all happy to get an avg of 5 off my 10 min vids lol
Just about to break into hour 3! First watch, and I'm trying to go all the way through lol. We got this.
This was a great video. I listened to the entire thing. Not to many that can tell a story like Corny
1:31:30 “Paul from Connecticut” asking about CM Punk 👀 Sneaky Hunter
Thanks, Jim & Brian, for giving us your insight and entertainment.
You can see Vince's evolution, from a young a hungry man with a dream to a Confident and War Hawk General fighting a war and firing at all cylinders to an old and decrepit man resting in his laurels.

Its sad to watch Vince get old. Ima cry when he ..
Just finished this. I feel like most of the clips are the same. Multiple times during this I kept saying to myself I just heard this story 30 mins ago.
Please keep making Omnibus videos and more Watch Along videos. Really enjoy the old school stuff!!
Did you know Vince prefers turkey breast sandwiches with double meat and just a strip of mustard?
Jim Cornette became a legend in the drive thru. Jim Cornette is legendary!
Regular mustard doesn’t have fat. There is no such thing as low fat mustard.
Can’t blame Vince for getting old, it’s gonna happen to all of us
we desperately need a Vince McMahon documentary
That's what I thought! THEN, I learned about an actual fucking MOVIE being made about him and thats when I shut my mouth and started waiting. This knowledge was bestowed upon me just about 6 or 7 months ago so I know it'll still take a minute to release. But I'm stoked about this one. I don't think people realize how big of a deal it's going to be when a certain 2 people die...
Number one being Ozzy Osbourne
And number 2 being Vince McMahon. Those two deaths will be very.... I don't even know what words to use. But there will be SUCH a shift in culture when those two die. Their absences will change a LOOOOOT of things.
@@seanpurdom6380 That's awesome. I always thought it'd be great to see a VM movie.
Well…

Vince is definitely one of the most interesting men that’s ever lived 😂
He deserves a Mad Lads video.
Over 7 hours of vince McMahon that's good shit pal
A nice holiday treat! Thanks guys!
When Vince use to sit at the announcers table.. those were classic times. He was a fantastic announcer sitting next to Ross.
7 Hours of Vincent Kennedy McMahon omnibus brought to you by Jim Cornette, this will be good & get you through the day! 😁😎👍
I bet Vince was in Cornette's headset yelling "God damn it Corny, plug the turkey sandwich!"
His mom is 100 so…
There are strong rumors, supported by evidence that he will be selling the WWE, and possibly moving to Florida.
If you know anything about how ltd companies work you'll know all of the telltale signs of sale that WWE have done over the past 2 years.
Combine that with Vince selling his house and Linda living in Florida. I wouldn't be surprised if Vince retires shortly after Wrestlemania.
@@24magiccarrot no there isn't.

I love these omnibus' my only complaint is I wish there was timestamps
Forget where I read it, but Shane apparently pushed Vince into the pool once. Everyone died laughing, except Vince,.who was described as ready to kill Shane.
Shane got out of Dodge & stayed away for most of the day, till Linda convinced him it was safe to come back.
Vince also talked about it on the stone cold podcast once
Corny /Brian thanks for all the great material! You guys keep me sane thru tough times
Durag Vince was peak McMahon. He truly gave zero fucks.
It was so outlandish and obviously ill-conceived, that it was kind of amazing.

This was uploaded 2 years too early for that.
Galloping Gormet was on during lunchtime on the East Coast. My mom loved him so much, I remember him although I was only 5 or so at the time. Happy to hear he's still with us!
Seven and half hours of wrestling legend. Both the story teller and story subject. Thank you so much for this joy.
Oh wow. Thx jim and brian. Mcmahon my favorite person to hear stories😂
Thank you, I will be listening during my shift today 😀
If there’s one thing that can be learned from this omnibus, it’s that Vince McMahon is no ordinary human being.
