Thank you, Court TV, for telling my dad’s story. He mattered. He is missed and loved beyond words and those who are left behind are serving a life sentence without him 💔
Angel, I’m so sorry for your loss. I lost my father 3 months ago. Regardless of the life out fathers led, they were human and they were loved. I pray for your healing and may your Dads soul rest in peace. 🙏🏻🩵✨

😂😂😂I agree with you, I love Vinnie because, he’s so transparent about everything!! I love how he approaches every single story he covers!! You can def see how much he cares about that particular story he’s covering. Vinnie is a beast!!! 9:44 we ❤you Vinnie 😊🎉🎉 10:07
Don’t do someone else’s crime. Don’t do someone else’s time. Don’t make anyone think you’re stupid enough to even ask you to commit a crime for them, or with them. That’s what I always tell my son. Be a leader not a follower, and never be afraid to tell someone NO.
I’m a true crime fanatic…it takes a nice amount of my time watching court tv 📺 court cases. A lot of the content is horrific and unimaginable, intriguing and most definitely very very sad😢! 25:17
What kind of justice is this? Guilty and sentenced to 25 years but gets out in 10 years for murder??? I mean they had to take her back to court and do the whole thing all over again because the Supreme Court threw out the 1st Guilty verdict. All that energy, reliving the trauma for only 10 years? I've seen Thieves on T.V prison shows that get 30 years, even those who sell drugs have been sentenced to 30 years. I don't get it😮
How sad that they didn't both get life! They took the life of that poor guy. Deliberately! And my god why didn't someone speak up when the murderer was running around telling people that his mother wanted him to kill him. Or how bout the guy that was asked about building a silencer. Shame on all!!!! Condolences to his daughter and those that knew and loved this man.
The final line of this video: "He will be eligible for parole this November." Since they're apparently so lenient about homicide in KY, he might be sitting at Mom's table for Christmas.
Vicki and her son Leslie have to be some of the dumbest people ever. If leslie wouldnt have followed the woman to the gravyard she wouldnt have been able to identify him.
The other side that little boy who doesn't want to let his mother down here she is complaining about her horrible relationship blah blah blah and he said Mom I can help you
My mom was 1 of the 6 he married he was my step dad for a brief time but he was a good dude he was definitely a ladies man but he didn't deserve what happened to him
Wait so defence just said she had that conversation a long time ago with her son…….. 🤔 so premeditated then ? You’re trying to say because it wasn’t said just before the murder it makes her innocent. LAWD have mercy
Why is every correcting the pronunciation. I understand completely that it’s not the normal way for you guys to hear it. I’m Irish and I would pronounce it like LOO-ee-vil in my accent. 😰 but I wouldn’t be doing it to cause offence it’s just how I sound ☹️
Thank god for Vicki doing the right thing! I'm really glad that those guys are so stupid LOL! Poor Vicki was scared to death. Also, never trust a drunk single woman you find in a bar...
I dont think lawyering should be do anything to save you client even if they are guilty... it should be by providing everyone with a lawyer that is obligated to the truth always.... or maybe it's me seeing it all wrong
Same, it's because he used to be a prosecutor so he views every case as the defendant being guilty 🙄. He does this a lot with the cases he covers unfortunately. I had to stop watching Emily D. Baker because she is the same way. It's annoying and frustrating. Every trial I watch I assume the defendant is innocent, presumption of innocence UNTIL PROVEN guilty, because the state has ALL the burden to prove their case. I never trust anything the DA has to say honestly until I watch the trial.
"what would it take" was the nail in her coffin in my opinion. I'm sorry for the victims family. These comments are callus and thoughtless to the victims famil. Shamefu.
Such an unethical display of prosecutional presentation for it to just be outright said that Vicki "caused" Leslie to kill her hisband... as if the defendant's persuasion was some kind of domino effect of which his free will was helpless against. And although I could picture the scenario of a mother mourning so greatly over her son being in such extensive trouble with police before subsequently... choosing to confess in regards to her own misdeeds (as a means of enabling him to not feel solated depressingly taking the blame), however... I'd like to at least guess that Vicki would've mentioned more of a role for herself if indeed she had one. Or... as opposed to giving herself a halfway role of a partial payment made by herself of which ultimately only gave her the impression of being an inadequate means, in order to promote the follow through of Jim's murder... that she would've instead... been more likely to either fess up fully or not at all as opposed to a "maybe shift some of the punishment-based blame off of her son" (depending on how the court system interprets the matter). It seems reasonable for a jury member to be open-minded to such a concept anyways, until shown otherwise.
Att. Simon seemed correct in claiming that "it" wasn't an official established means of anything. Not to mention, you'd like to at least guess that Vicki would've made mention of any actual murder plot in something of more specifics... unless this witness happened to over hear her from the room over.... And another witness claiming that they were ONLY intimate with the victim on 5 occasions... could definitely give a jury the impression of downplaying.

I agree, I LOVE this show! And yes, I love Vinnie and his dramatic self ❤️.
The animation and art work is well done.
I love watching closing arguments and now getting to watch accomlice to murder, and twice the Vinnie Politin, it's wonderful!!
Accomplice to Murder is the best thing Court TV does
Also the new show: Interview with a killer on court tv too! Vinnie doesn't host that show but it's good. But I agree 100%, I love Vinnie too! 💞
Bro Vinnie, we need more of these on a consistent basis. You’re probably the best at this genre of storytelling
Everytime I have stuff to do of a morning , Vinnie comes out with another banger 🔥🔥🔥 Respect from the U.K. 🇬🇧
It's one of my favorite channels, and I love Vinnie .
Love love love Vinnie!!

The more the Vinnie, the BETTER!😍😂
I agree 💯
Wow, she was released after 10 years? Holy moly. That’s wild.
Exactly 😡🤬This man and his family did NOT get justice!!!!!!😤🤯Just my opinion
I agree!!! I’m trying to Google WHY she got released so early and can find nothing about that!!! That’s just plain DISGUSTING!! That poor family.
Vinny is SO First Class! 👍♥️
love this series keep posting!
What's not to love about our dear Vinnie...
Best series ever ...love vin
✨My favorite thing about this series is the artwork! Just awesome😎

She should be charged for naming her son Leslie 😅😅😅😅😅 🙄
For REAL
This happened in 2008
Many men have been named Leslie. I had a great-uncle Les.
0:51 dang this beat is so fresh Vinnie!!!
What's wrong with humanity
Love this show and Vinnie, but all the background sounds and noises ruins it and is disturbing

Dang Vinnie when were you in Louisville?? Hope you got to see more than just Fegenbush and the courthouse?
What's with people not serving their whole sentences & serving less than half????
She got 25 years, served 10 and got out? What a stoopid judicial system!!! How is THAT justice? UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!
Welcome to the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Louisville is notorious for light sentences. Even today people get out the next day.
Love vinnie ❤
Leslie only got 25 years? Wow. Assuming he has to serve everyday, he’ll be out in a few years.
The final line of this video: "He will be eligible for parole this November."
Since they're apparently so lenient about homicide in KY, he might be sitting at Mom's table for Christmas.
So glad & just loving that Vinnie is back with this always interesting, entertaining & well-presented series!
👏👏👏💙🙏🍻👌🎯👍🍻🙏💙👏👏👏
The prosecutor towards the end making fun of how many marriages Mr. Monroe had!
I think it was said in jest, maybe it was bad taste but I don’t think it was said maliciously
I can't believe Vinnie was in my state, the city I went to college in and worked in for 10+ years, and I didn't know!!
This happened in 2008
I am sorry about the murder, but loved the way you did this show!
Vicki and her son Leslie have to be some of the dumbest people ever. If leslie wouldnt have followed the woman to the gravyard she wouldnt have been able to identify him.
It shows his human side like he doesn't want anyone to feel bad so it's like there's two sides to him a lot of criminals are like that
The other side that little boy who doesn't want to let his mother down here she is complaining about her horrible relationship blah blah blah and he said Mom I can help you
6/21/24 Great video (liked format setup). Vinnie, enjoy you as a host!❤
My mom was 1 of the 6 he married he was my step dad for a brief time but he was a good dude he was definitely a ladies man but he didn't deserve what happened to him
How do you murder someone and only get 25 years??
So this lady was gonna let her son face the death because of something she asked him to do.
Wow, Vickie is not easy on the eyes. Wretched woman. RIP Gerald

You have to be kidding me they both got 25 years and get to live their life after taking a life
Love the guy having a brewsky
