If you have more than one filter question on your questionnaire SPSS will not let you enter another variable as N/A, is there a way around this? Thank you
Tom - you'd be running a multiple regression then. Include in regressors (Xs) you wish to control for as well the the regressors of interest. I have videos on regression analysis, so check them out. Good luck.
Can i do this with multiple choice (a person can chose 1 to 5 answers)? what i meant: I want to know the frequency of a multiple choice question, but some of the answers are invalid because the previous answer was a "no", so i want to filter that. can i use the filter and then create a multiple choice frequency?
Sir you have been very helpful to me during this grueling finals week!

Do you have a video for how to deal with control variables when analysing data?
Control variables may be accommodated, and how, depends on what analysis you are doing eg regression, chi-square test of independence, etc...
Sorry - that would be regression
