honestly making sure my secondary squat variations are relatively similar to my primary squats(making sure bracing is the same, making sure bar path is similar, feet placement) is prob where i saw the biggest growth on squats in such a short amount of time.

If I may ask what’s the idea to a belt squat over a back squat? Curious because I might add them in as I tend to skip upper body and do squats most of the time lol.
Before any ask why it’s because my job is hard on my body in the upper body region so I’m always fatigued.
