A champagne for a meal and an aperitif? Full of character, depth, and complexity. Her sharp and evolved palate (red fruit jam) is enhanced with a touch of bitterness as an elegant signature. She is Rebellious, edgy, and most of all she is what we have been waiting for a long time. A Champagne that redefines our expectations. An amazing Grand Cru from Oger:
