Bad synchronizer found in this mid range transmission

Customer complaint of hard to go into gear. In this video you can watch me disassemble this little mid range FS6406a. You can see the damage to the 1st and 2nd gear synchronizer. ‪@etrtruckcenterenginedrivet8918‬

I have a Eaton RTLO18913A 13 speed and I was having issues with 7 going in smoothly thought it was a synchronizer but ended up replacing the whole transmission with a new remain and still have the same issue. Idk what to do thinking of swapping shifter tower and bushing
