    1. Children can be very mean to one other particularly if they are taught to do so and rewarded accordingly.
    2. We adults always try to rationalize things and rationalizing may not work always. Correct combination of rationlaization and instinct is needed.
    3. Never ever give up on yourself or on your dreams.
    4. Growing up is very hard
    5. Prejudice - cancer of the human soul. Don't jump to any conclusion without getting to know the person.

If those who show disrespect are going to behave like this don't watch or read anything about Holocaust survivors if you're just going to speak heartlessly about them! All the horrible experiences these people went thorugh. Show some respect!

They're the parasites of our society. The trolls, the nazis, the losers, the unloved ones. They come to places like this to try and spread their own misery because they're envious. I'm not Jewish, but I see what triggers them. Judaism is a celebration of life. Their god is the god that created everything for the sake of being and create more. They go on to have a myriad of descendants. They are community oriented. They established an independent kingdom from imperialist cults thousands of years ago, and never gave up on it 2 thousand years later. I can see why lonely, pathetic people lacking a sense of identity and belonging would want to have a go and try to take everything from them. But they always fail because they haven't realized when you love and appreciate life, life loves and appreciates you back one way or another. I'm really glad for all these survivors who went on to have so many descendants and live so long ❤

Such a wonderful person, with such valuable lessons.
Strangely there was one thing that I heard that really managed to hit me. Normally when I watch documentaries I end up thinking 'these people have gone through so much, I have no right feeling out of place in this world while these people have suffered to great extends.' and I end up feeling worse. Her words, saying that no matter where you come from, your background, your lifestyle, everyone struggles with finding their place... somehow it felt extremely encouraging.
Thank you, Eva, for giving strength to the younger generations. You really are a remarkable woman. I look up to you greatly.

For some people, they won't believe the truth (that the Nazis would attempt genocide against the Jews), no matter how many Eva's and other survivors speak. So they have to deny the cruelty of humanity. Others seem to want to seem "woke" by insisting it was a grand conspiracy - despite all the evidence indicating that the Holocaust happened.
It's sad. But take heart, there will always be those of us out there that believe the truth. Eva's story is amazing and she's such a strong-willed woman. Much respect to her.

BDE Eva. So sorry about what happened to your sister. I wonder if you ever had a chance to know my grandmothers sisters. I guess I'll never know. My grandmother died never speaking a word about what happened to her during the war. Im glad you found words.

A wonderful wonderful woman. The best moment was when she hugged the SS Mann Oskar Groening. It shows the true soul of Eva.

Love her thoughts on the prison system and victims. We should be spending as much/more money on the victim as we do the perpetrator. And yes, agree that our prisons are full of people who were a victim of some trauma at some point in their life.....
