I watched the trial every day with Emily D. Baker. Not once did Emily take a side or make me feel like I needed to take a side. I came up with my own conclusion that JD never did the things he was accused of. The “juror” came to most of the same conclusions I did based on the evidence.

Unfortunately, the MsM still tries to TELL you what to believe, and the independent people and lawyers on UA-cam just present the facts and evidence and let us form our own opinion. Really hope MsM corporations lose millions dollars because no one trusts them after all the biased bullshit they try to force feed us.

I worked with a woman who was a jury member on a capital murder trial in Ontario, Canada, of a man who raped and murdered a 9-yr old girl. This jury member had a female child of her own and found it to be the most difficult task to deal with in her life -several weeks of shocking testimony and police reports, which most of us could never imagine in our worst nightmares. She recounted that herself and the other jurors were very focused and serious, listening closely and evaluating the evidence. The jury found the man guilty. This jury experience haunted her 10 years after, when I met her. For those of us who have not been called to this responsibility, it is easy to speculate and imagine, but until you are part of it you cannot know or judge. Go for it Runkle, you are doing great work for us who wish to understand The Law. We appreciate you.

So tired of hearing that Johnny only won because everyone loves him for being a famous actor. Personally, I really enjoy movies with him in them and love the characters he's brought to life, but if there was legitimate evidence he did the things AH alleged I'd happily throw him in a cell myself, lock it, and forget all about him. I believe him because of EVIDENCE. She was conclusively proven to be lying and was the actual aggressor. And to me, the only thing that comes close to how wrong it would be for a person to do the things AH alleged, is someone LYING about those things. She should be so ashamed she can't even have mirrors in her house because then she'd have to look at the vile person that tried to ruin someone else's life out of spite. She is well and truly reprehensible.

I feel like if they were not doing due diligence and let a "juror" instead of a juror interview, they'd find someone juicer who would imply some sort of jury misconduct. If this interview is real it's huge for Depp, they make it perfectly clear that they didn't do any of the things that were accused heading into an appeal.
If Heard does appeal, maybe this interview gets validated or invalidated in the process.

It is quite possible that a juror had enough of them being trashed in the news that they felt the need to speak up. I believe this because there is no way anyone can prove it’s not a real juror. Even if All the jurors came out and each said it wasn’t me, GMA could say this juror is now just continuing to hide his identity and doesn’t want himself to be known as the first person who came out on the topic. None of the jurors could prove it either because it’s not like they are all a family and in each other’s business to know. I could be wrong.

@@TenTenJ Jurors are in charge of asking the court for the pertinent documentation that states information such as the dates and times they are needed in court for jury duty. This documentation is typically requested for the jurors employers. This is something that juror could’ve have shown GMA as “proof”. Employers can also call the court to confirm if the employee did in fact have jury duty on said days/times etc. I myself, have dealt with employees having to submit this kind of documentation bc the employees at our company still get payed their full salaries during jury duty so sometimes a court letter is sufficient other times calling the court to confirm info is also necessary.

You need to watch and read the entire comments made by the juror not just the six minute edit by GMA which slightly spins that jurors comments such as both were abusive. What the juror actually stated is that couples argue and they both were verbal and that doesn't make either right or wrong but there was NO evidence that JD was physically abusive and in fact the jury believed Amber was the aggressor. The entire comments printed out by GMA also has the juror addressing the claims about social media, the witnesses in that they only took a count of witnesses that were not paid employees or family and friends, which meant they took note of witnesses like the police, and the juror addressed the lies AH caught out on, the knife she gave JD as well as her photos of JD asleep. It was clear someone on that jury had knowledge of addictions etc. Please review the entire printed version GMA has released as Nate the Lawyer has, it is super interesting and explains how seriously the jury took there duty. I feel AH team constant comments that the jury did not take it seriously has lead to this one juror defending the duty they took seriously and why they came to the verdict.

Maybe this juror had had enough of AH claims and wanted to defend the jury. At the same time if I was that jury and I chose to speak out, I would do it exactly the same way. I would NOT want to be seen in person or have my actual voice heard. I would provide proof I was on the jury but would make sure I remained anonymous. Think about it. These jurors have families etc. What do you think would happen if people on either side knew who it was, where they lived? Can you imagine the media and some crazies on their doorstep. That is s serious safety concern for each juror and their families. So I would do it exactly as this juror has to ensure I made sure people knew what AH claiming about the jury is a lie,.while at the same time protecting my and my family's safety. Makes perfect sense.

I am sceptic of this juror, he mismentions uk show for dutch show, says she said on the show “i gave it away” which she doesnt say, so serious doubts for me just cos of those 2 things

If a man was guilty, they would never ever let him have an interview, how are they allowing Amber to get paid for being an abuser and a liar.. Crazy.

This is why Runkle is my favorite! I will always appreciate someone telling the truth instead of what I want to hear.

NB...Please read this, Runkle. What is bothering me about it is, that I heard that expression about sharp elbows from someone connected to the interview with Amber Heard maybe Savannah...and that is just before that juror comes forward...yes, that bothers me, because I am sure I noticed that expression in these last days, because I am Danish, so it was my First hearing the same expression, that we have in Denmark. Thanks for all you do for us 🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤
