Mr Tican has been Accused of starting actions in the courts and sending the victims an empty envelope with nothing in it, no return address etc. he then would submit an affidavit that the defendant was served and note them in default.
I was informed By a Sr Alberta Government investigator the GOA had spent over $300,000 dealing with Mr Tican.
Calgary police have Also spent hundreds of thousands dealing with his frivolous and vexatious complaints.
A good friend and coworker is one of his victims, he has been subjected to multiple lawsuits, Criminal complaints, privacy complaints, and many more im sure I am forgetting. All unfounded.
I love that Runkle, who I’ve never met and do not know, found this in his spam folder and was like “oh, we’re going to make sure this clown knows that he didn’t intimidate me into silence!”

a clown ran me off the road once and i was advised to file a report...turns out the corrupt nrp seguin cop forged the foia because of their past sexual assaults on women in niagara...and it wasnt me that exposed this...the clown looked like a justin mumboucher clown. so if you live in niagara are a women and were assaulted in the past plan on having your foia fixed so that you appear to be not credible as a human. your rights are removed...i guess the italians i grew up with thought this was okay as im part native. italians paid off the locals after i was burned out of my apt. i went to a lawyer but it was said they couldnt see me because a conflict of interest of the lawyer being pals with these men. i was silenced by my foia being forged. reverse the foia!!

I had someone report me to the police for the horrible crime of having him served with a subpoena. The cops showed up at my office, we laughed at him, then they left. I'm not sure what else he thought would happen, LOL.

I used to represent corporations managing their unemployment compensation. A guy who was terminated for cause saw my phone number as was trying to tell me his version of things. No matter how many times I tried to tell him to go to unemployment office, I represented his former employer, he would yell louder. I finally said, okay “I’m listening.” He retold me everything and I said please put it in writing and had him address it to the unemployment office. Some ppl just don’t listen.

He literally took everyone in our block of flats/apartments to court... Plus loads of people in the area. He'd get it to court and cause everyone to have to spend money then cancel it the day before court. I was the only one he didn't try it with. But was involved because the downstairs neighbour and my partner were *checks notes* "standing in the hallway laughing at him" making him "feel intimidated." I have multiple ring cam if him aggressively vacuuming the hallway at 6am.. always out there shouting and slamming, calling everyone c*nts. I went toe to toe and told him he was acting like a 12 yr old... He backed down from that one 😂 but he did pull up all my potatoes in a rage and throw them across the yard 😂😂 absolutely unhinged
I missed the potato rage, but my imagination has a play by playing of how it went! He had a hidden camera in the hallway 'smoke alarm' that I would shine a torch into at every opportunity... Video of him stealing my door camera and putting it in his pocket... Stored on the cloud so he couldn't deny it 😂😂

Here in the U.K. the police will often give out an anti harassment notice to people just because the other person asked. We got one from my daughter’s former coach because we dared to use our local sports centre to play badminton when the coach was also using it. It is a publicly funded facility for the local community. It was funny because we kept asking the police if they were saying we couldn’t use it and they would back off but then try to say we shouldn’t use when she was there but back off again when we asked for clarification if this was an order.

You know, when Illuminaughti went sporks-out for Legal Eagle, I thought- "Oh this is the dumbest and also weirdest. Surely it won't happen again." Then this happened. Reality is truly the strangest trip of all.
Reality is the place where a police investigation might involve:
1) uncovering snow-covered evidence with a leaf blower, where some of said evidence is blood, because they're afraid "the weather" will alter the evidence if they don't uncover it quickly
2) asking residents of a nearby house for some kind of container
3) storing the aforementioned evidence-blood in an unsterilized, open-top cup
4) storing the aforementioned cup in an unsterilized, open shopping bag
5) storing the aforementioned bag within mere feet of other evidence which they may want to DNA-test, and
6) allowing any officer access to the evidence, because it's "temporary."

As suggested, went and looked at the court case, got about half way through it before bailing. All I can say is WOW. Surprised the courts were so patient before the vexatious litigant ruling.
