From the news I saw.... there won't be Andromeda 2 and 3 at all since rEApers axed the series for good and they completely dissolved the studio... >.<
But It will be good to wait for (if any) official word from Bioware/EA exec's about franchise future before jumping on ultimate conclusions.

@Lyanna: Like I said, until there will be *ANY OFFICIAL STATEMENT* (IF ANY WILL BE RELEASED AT ALL) from EA/Bioware regarding franchise future it's best to approach to any non official news with serious cautious.
About them claiming that "they are happy how ME is treated.." I'm sorry but that's simple and plain PR BS talk to save face from the shareholders when Andromeda FAILED to deliver expected results in both financial and game score (and I'm not talking about "reviews" paid by EA).fields.

EA just needs to remaster the original mass effect series and add a DLC for the ending of me3 where shepard lives and celebrates with his LI. Then let the series rest. I know it will never happen, but there are just still to many questions I ask about the original series. Mainly because it just breaks my heart even when I choose the destroy ending and shepard lives.
Bioware said that in Destroy Shepard survives and reunites with his/her LI. Although we don't see it in a scene, it's better in a way that Bioware left it to our imagination.

NO!, EA caused enough damage for the whole franchise to even risking more "tampering" by them with already existing games...
Or just pick an ending (destroy would make the most sense for Shepard) and get on with a milky way sequel. It's not like they haven't ignored player choices before this.

How did he shoot jaal across the cheek like that but not hit his neck-thing. The angle required to do that is definitely not were he took the shot.

I was screaming internally during the slow motion because I thought I had just gotten Jaal (my planned romantic interest) killed.
The shot makes no sense, it should of done more damage, look how wide the Angara are from the front, and track the trajectory
Maybe Akksul didn't miss, maybe Jaal deflected it with the EM bursts Angara have.

Well, its not really all that stupid. If he shoots dead Jaal, he proves hes a monster to everyone around and Tempest can do just fine without Jaal. As much as hes one of my favorites, hes expendable.
One thing I didn't get: did Jaal dodge the bullet or did Akksul purposely miss?

with a race that seems to be as close knit as the Angara, I'm sure its as difficult to pull that trigger as it would be with family especially since they knew each other growing up...... Then again Jaal's sister shot her other brother so who knows lol

This scene really pissed me off, I mean come on Akksul misses a shot from blank point range? And it's like your decision never mattered. Jaal should've died if you don't interrupt it would've made the story so much better.

He didn't miss, last chance redemption, in the end he didn't want to kill Jaal
+Mr Prototype the only problem with that is it contradicts his ruthlessness and insanity, of having the influence to have Jaal's sister shoot her other brother. There wasn't any character development to suggest Akksul might be changing hearts as he pulls this stunt off after you help him regain his memory of his past life.

I don't even know why cutscene shots are dangerous in the first place. I mean, I can get shot by a goddamn Architect and be fine, Akksul's crappy pistol can't do shit.
Didnt kill Akksul because that wouldve been exactly what he wanted. To die as a martyr reinforcing the racism Roekaar have against the "aliens"

I wasn't paying attention (I was listening, but looking at something else) and I glanced up and saw I was supposed to do something and didn't realize what that was until after I hard already killed Aksul. I felt so bad for Jaal.

Ryder could knock him out with a punch or simply topple him with a shot, but instead you have to kill him. Weird options.
Or use biotics and watching him fly far away (throw, pull, charge? anything) or use barrier in front of jaal. Or just like Conrad from ME3, when he protected shepard (with the dramatic noooo) hahaha

3:13 I always get sad at that point. I think it was the moesha who said something along the lines of "anything you have done can be forgiven", and then to see Akksul going to take his own life, because he realise exactly how much he fucked up. There's just something truly sad and tragic about that.
