Is there a template somewhere for the flame part?

At this point it's just a thing I drew out on some poster board . I still have it around so I'll see if I can create a PDF and share it via Google Docs. But it might take me a bit to get to it, I've got a few things on my plate right now.

Our production was in Hamtramck Michigan Last Summer. I'm not sure if that answers your question...
