I'm using the "avoid" free alterts but i can't find them in my files. I can't find the avoid overlay in my files either
Im having a problem with a cheer alert. Im not sure why this happens but when i emulate the alert it shows up in obs half way out of the dotted line box its supposed to show up in and i cant use alt click to widen the box so it all shows in obs, it doesnt work on that specific side that the alert has been chopped off. Ive tried changing margins in twxt but thats only for the text that appears when emulated. Any idea how i can fix this? :(

Twitch has their own alert system now do you know if its any good? Because that means i dont need to run a 2nd program anymore right like elements?
Hey streamer, the new Twitch alert feature is not too bad, it doesn't have all functionalities from SE, but it is quite a good choice for a more basic approach (with some new effects that happen outside your stream in the browser and only Twitch can offer). It doesn't offer donations, has limited goal bars (only follow / sub), and no chatbot with commands.
In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with using two services together if they benefit from each other or stick with one, it's all about the needs and expectations.

stream elements subscriber alert not working when am in live stream any solution ????
I bought the Red Dead alerts package and I followed the directions on this video. I added the browser source from StreamElements into OBS Studios and the alert is not working inside of OBS Studio. Any suggestions as to why this may not be working? Any help is greatly apprecited.
Hey streamer, it's not easy to troubleshoot the issue but here are some ideas:
Do you have a sound with the alert? Do you hear it play in OBS? If so, maybe the alert is layered in the background, make sure the browser source is layered at the top.
Make sure the Browser Source is visible (eye symbol)
If you open the Alert Source Link in your browser do you see test alerts play?
Get in touch with Streamelements if the issues persists.

You say to watch your previous tutorials for how to set up streamelements, but those are from 2018 and very outdated so time for some new ones maybe?

When i go to stream on twitch the alert does not pop up. It pops up on OBS though so i dont understand

I've tried googling a solution, any advice on why Streamelements refuses to upload the sound .wav files for the alerts in the package?
Hey streamer, it seems there might be an issue with SE and .wav files - you can try convert the alert sound from .wav to mp3 and upload the sound, that should work, even though the .wav files should work as well and have worked before. Hope this helps!

they updated it and idk how to get the sound on
all it says is delete
I wanted to set up 2 different alerts for 5$ and 10$ donations... problem is if I play the 10$ alert it also triggers the 5$ alert... Dont know what to do to fix that

Actually found out the problem I just needed to restart stream elements and it worked
