To me, the most authentic and best looking current BMW, along with the 4 Series Gran Coupé.

The person who designs the front of bmws is one talented guy. The person who designs the backs seriously needs to get there eyes tested. Wow it's ugly at the back.
***** Kinda funny but I think his cars have aged quite well. If it werent for the great improvement in efficiency i'd much rather have a bangle butt than some of these newer bmws

The front of the 2 series looks much better than the 1 series!
My 2014 BMW 5 series did have a electronic brake and looks SUPERIOR to ANY hand brake!

maain bakkar Hyundai Genesis not available in uk lotus elise isnt a coupe you idiot 370z has no boot cayman is ugly and the gt86 and BRZ both nice but built cheaply . so tbh 2 series is the only REAL one
its not about which car is ugly or built not as nicely as others, we are talking small rwd coupes my friend. and though the lotus' roof folds we get the point, for there are models with a firm roof and two doors made by lotus

Neither the CLA or Sirocco are coupes. One has 4 doors, the other is a hatchback.

The front end and headlights is so much better looking than the 'pinched face' of the current 3 series / 4 series coupe. They should adopt the same design from this for the rest of the range.
Fit, She is well fit. I only watch her videos LOL, there needs to be more car testers like her.
She is actually a racing driver too, and is competitive at that. She won her class in a Porsche Boxter last year.
I like the sound so the only bad thing is the price but it is a German car and a BMW, I'm sure it offers a lot, really; this car is perfect.

I think she might be right on about this to become a very popular BMW model. I for sure would go for this and from various other reviews it apparently ticks all the right areas for a good driving Bimmer.
Nice lookin car, but over the years BMW has been showing problems in the reliability area, so the real sell price is going to be very low on most models. I really hope BMW start doing cars that last more then a couple of years.

well sold scirocco and bought this..disel..good yeah but..i tell u..front wheel drive scirocco was more SAFE to me in high speeds..

The 4 cyl turbo 230i is so good and quick in the 2 there is no reason to get the 6 for a couple of tenths 0-60.
I own a 7 year old 320d coupe and I'm considering getting a 220d, this looks so much fun to drive, though I am still very happy with my 320d. I'm also debating on getting the new 4 coupe...but it looks very similar to the 3 series.

I would personally go for the 2 series coupe to me thats unique and something different. although the 4 series is nice but like you said its looks exactly like the 3 series so its not something new whilst the 2 series is. I have also ordered a 2 series and can't wait for it to arrive.
***** 2 series indeed, it has very different driving dynamics than 3 and 4 series, chassis extremely well balanced. best model they made in the company's recent history.

The modern day version of Emma Peel, my dream girl. Oh, the car is ok also. We need a common standard between the usa and eu for both safety and emissions. That would allow buyers on both sides of the atlantic to shop for cars that suit their likes. The right/left hand drive thing would be the only obstacle.
Is this care easy to modify for hidden compartments ?

The front looks amazing, but the rear not so much. There's not enough length for the roof to slope down in an easier angle. Other than that, i think it's a great car.

Why do you recommend the diesel all the time? Diesel sucks, especially for this kind of car! They are more expensive (to buy, to insure and to tax), they are heavier, they sound like a tractor and their performacne is poor compared to a petrol egine with the same cubic capacity (even without turbo charger)...
