TD04 are great turbos....I had a Chinese 19T on my Saab 9-3 lasted years at 22 PSI no idea on the power I just chucked a T piece between the wastegate and compressor 🤣

That's a good start for a pony intercooler👌 atleast it doesn't take 8psi to just to make up for the decom plate before it makes any power🙂

Don’t know why people use crap intercoolers, you can get universal ones that’ll do 400/500hp cheap these days
He was trying to keep the intercooler hidden so had to work with a size of cooler that would suit his needs
