Rewinding a mains transformer - Tek 585A scope - Part One.

The bobbin is done, time to get the winding jig setup in preparation to starting winding. A look at the "winding machine" & some thoughts on the pitfalls of winding transformers.

Andy- You have more patience than I to even try to rewind that transformer. I have rewound microwave transformers to produce low voltage, high current for charging batteries and spot welders. Rewinding one with that many taps is way beyond my pay grade.
The copper wire costs a kings ransom. Keep up the good work!
