You can 'X' brace with Simpson Strong Tie straps made for the purpose and also have the option of using 2x lumber which actually is stiffer and a better receiver of your nails. So you don't have to stop waiting for I beams. Gluing and screwing is the only way to go. Nobody likes a floor with bounce. I like to sheet with tongue and groove 1 1/4" ply for even more stiffness. Nice job. Once its sheeted the tarp will not puddle up so that is good.
I was just coving the subfloor with a tarp to keep water from getting in the basement before the concrete was poured. Now that is poured I’m not to worried about it
ummmmm.... why didn't you epoxy those bolts into the concrete??? isn't the whole point of them to hold the frame (and thus the entire house) to the foundation???? I wouldn't think the weight of the building would hold the house down in a big storm, right? I've just never seen them done without being securely attached to the foundation with either epoxy or the bolts secured in the concrete... 🤷♂ you're the pro... I have zero experience... I just hope you didn't forget to do it lol :)
