I bought two Invoxia Lora based trackers and the coverage is virtually... non existant... out on the road. Don't get fooled by carrying your cellphone with bluetooth on you used to set it up, otherwise it will connect to your phone and feed it data points, and you'll think hey this thing is working great, when really, it's only because your phone is right next to it. Have your vehicle stolen with your phone nowhere near by, and you're SOL as the thing has nothing to connect to because there just aren't any Lora stations out there except maybe in big cities. And even then, by the time you get the GPS coord... your vehicle was just passing by it on the way somewhere else. At best these can narrow down what big city your vehicle is in if it's in a city... and that's about it. Forget going to go pick up your stolen motorcycle or car whereever it gets finally parked.
How many days this device needed to be charged also i have hosted helium network in my home which is cloudpi device . Can buy this device connect this network
Do i have to buy the gateway, Cuz im creating a project that sends the location of the GPS tag/LoRaWan into a GUI from of my website or app software. i know that the signal is needs to do demodulation to read the data that is being sent by the tag/LoRaWan. Also, can i store the data of the infromation into my own data schema?
It just gives you the location and nothing else. it doesn't allow you to customize the map and to return you the Longitude and Latitude, So it can be used on other IoT devices.
As well as temperature sensor. Can other sensors be added for to the tracker to monitor the outdoor environment like Humidity %RH and VOC parts per million sensor? And the readings sent back to the lora gateway?

it is unfortunate we cannot program the device ourselves.
The range of 1500 m got by using an indoor gateway.. So what is the range when using outdoor gw?

Yes, I think so. As long as you are in the coverage of LoRaWAN network, you'll be good to use a LoRaWAN Tracker
