I am making this as part of a wedding cake and want to know if I can use your regular chocolate cake recipe and use the oj instead of the water and still add the zest and orange emulsion? I like the structure of that cake for stacking.

Normally fridge 20 mins or freezer 10...
Citric acid is made from black mould but the natural accruing citric acid in fruit
