    I've just started pulling my Deauville apart to sort a lot of bits and pieces. Thankfully she's in less of a sorry state than yours started in so these videos have given me some hope! Cheers

    I’m truly astonished at what you have done with this bike, that’s what I call a nuts and bolts restoration, well done. Most people would be ever have started what looked like an impossible uphill task, that is the worst state I’ve ever seen a bike in. I have a barn find in my garage and am just parting it out and it’s no where near as bad as yours was. I have a NT650 though that I just bought in near perfect condition, and your channel popped up, so I’m glad I found it to get to see some of the work you were doing. Well don’t mate, keep it up.

    Hats off you my friend. I would have risen to the challenge before my disability but can’t do it now. I did an old Vespa 200 up, and that was in a bad state when I got it. I can remember looking at what was left of the frame after shot blasting. Oooooh! Ride it with pride it’s got a lot of you in it. Hope it’s a keeper

    that was a great job! I have a 1993 NTV650 with 100.000 +km, and I will try to do the same, although mine is in a better shape. Can I ask what did you use to restore the electric cables and how could you remove all the rust from the metal parts? (have posted that somewhere?) they look just like new!

    I own a red/bordo 650.. I have only one question...what happened to this bike to be in this condition...this is absurd. Was it submerged in water and stayed there 5 years or what...jesus crist

  • @cerealtiller

    It Seems that Most of the Deauville's Problems are exacerbated by the complex Bodywork
    it would take a long time to clean the bike properly....as no one would be keen on removing all that plastic

    @adrian eades Hello mate, noob question. I'm looking to purchase a 650 for my first bike however, I am restricted to 48bhp as I am on an A2 licence. How easy is it to get to the carbs on this bike as I will need to get it restricted before I ride home. Thank you.

    • @eadsierestorations
      @eadsierestorations  6 років тому +1

      DDoS Teabag both wings off, to get tank off, I can get tank off without taking wings off because I've had lots of practice. Then remove airbox, and you are on the carbs

    • @brewmyteabag1830
