I did the numbers after 6 hours of playing and found I will need to PAY 20 to 25 USD just to keep playing. A fool and his money are soon parted indeed........
This isn't 'investing in IRL (in real life)' currency. ATLEAST for the most part. It's more like investing in you enjoyment really. 1st you cant withdrawal till you have over 1,000 PED 2nd it takes along time to withdraw. This is for gamers who dont want to pay 20 bucks a month on a game subscription to get only 'x' amount of enjoyment on it due to real life priorities. However on the other hand, yes if you have disposable income you COULD ideally make real life flips and investments. However don't think you are going to become the top 15% of Men who make 5 figure salary. Not going to happen. But you could put in 200 a month and over a year possibly profit if done correctly, its been done.
I stopped at the sweat collecting. You were taking hits that a noob couldn't. Your evade stats and damage are high so you can sit there and do this. A new player will take 4-5 hits unarmored and die. You won't get much before respawning, running back out and trying to get 1 or 2 sweat again. The grind is real. The payout not enough.
Your math does not add up, all you do is lose money. So you bought the nexus for 11ped , used 1ped worth of sweat + idk how much wear on the refiner is worth , got 12 ped worth of mind essence, when selling it on AH for max profit you get 12 ped and lose 0.59 ped as auction fee. Nice.
ur having it wrong... first of all you can better buy nexus of ppl on the street for less then auction, and if you take some nexus for 108% of auc and 1k sweat is 1.2ped its already 120% you pay. refine costs are 1-2% so you loose 2% upfront
refine yes, however if you sweat the mobs then the only percentage left is the force along with auction for roughly 10 or 12% maybe I am missing something in my calculations but yes if you buy the sweat up front then your gonna lose big I don't recall mentioning buying sweat or anything and 108% was a bad example and I feel like there are so few people selling on the street besides sweat that it would be a pain to try and find someone like that unless you already know a trader or something.
You might want to do an update video, sweat is sky-rocking for spawning mobs on Ancient Greece so you don't really want to make mind essences; instead sell strait up sweat

you have to ask yourself - do you enjoy playing a game where you grind to earn virtual money? Or do you want to just make money? If it's the latter, you'd be better off making money in the real world by getting a job - you could always be a Deliveroo rider on the weekend - there's always a more efficient way of making money - in my town 4hours of taking deliveries on an average Fri/Sat/Sun for bicycle user earns about £40 / $50 convert that to PED - 500.00PED in 4 hours.

This is a fair way of doing it. Tons of newbies get their trading start doing nexus and sweat!

Refiner decays to near zero tt per 5k refined or crated, .53 pec is minimum auction fee
