You left the focusing scale off the camera. When the upper track is moved back, the scale for the short focus lens aligns with the rear pointer, so anyone could clearly see if they've got the track in the correct position.

Please, mount the camera on a tripod. Rise the camera.
Make a brighter shot. Film at a closer range.
