    Many people push with the seat to ask for canter. This will cause bucking as it pushes the horses back down when it needs to come up. Also, the horses lead will draw the corresponding seat bone forward. Sitting too straight restricts the canter.

    Every time I ask my horse to go faster than a walk she bucks or does a little rear, I haven't noticed any discomfort in her feet. she has been doing this for a while is she just being stubborn or is this not normal?
