GUYS some people are bringing up the potato comment. 1. I say 'JOKES' straight after so it was a JOKE. 2. I know potatoes aren't bad. 3. Potatoes are primarily a dinner food and I don't eat carbs for dinner since I won't be burning them (again, I'm trying to lose fat right now). 4. Potatoes are my favourite veggie. but I HATE boiled potatoes, so I know I will either bake them in a shit load of oil, put butter on them, put sour cream on them etc so I just stay away. 5. Sweet potatoes are actually better for you so I just eat those instead.

With your carrots and celery try pouring water into the container & completely cover the veggies.. it keeps them from drying out :) they literally taste amazing as they draw in the water and make them more juicy! love your videos Xx

Definitely agree her body is amaaazingg!! I've heard that when u put honey in ur water, make sure it's not boiling because it reduces the enzymes in ur honey. So warm/hot water with honey on an empty stomach is probably the best thing ever! :)

I'm a vegan, and I've seen many vegan blogs here on UA-cam, and have read many books on "healthy diets". I'm not trying to bash you in any way, but carbs are very important for you to eat, and many people are misinformed and think they do the body no good. It's literally the fats that are no good for you, not carbs. You should check out NinaandRanda and Essena Oneill's vlogs :)

You feel much much better loading up on carbs from whole pant sources that are gonna give you heaps of energy and nutrients, and avoiding all the fats, cause that's obviously the issue when it comes to weight gain. Weight loss is actually so easy when you just cut waaay down on fats and fuel your body on whole food carbs!
Nothing wrong with eating meat.i have seen unhealthy vegans too. It is exercise that is important. Whether you like it or not,humans are carnivores. If you wish to be vegan it's your choice. But also respect those who are not.
weight loss is like 70% diet. and humans can survive and do well as omnivores yeah, but that doesn't mean it's the most optimal diet. besides no one was talking about vegan vs non vegan anyway, just composition of the diet.
Not all fats are bad, avocado and nuts are considered "healthy fats", they help your body absorb nutrients from the other foods you eat. Although I see your point, you probably shouldn't stay away from fats completely
May Jay my sister says she is vegan,but i seriously doubt that. She is overweight. I have no problem with her being vegan. But i always find most vegans condescending. I don't think it's what you eat,but how physically active you are.calories are calories. But if you don't burn them your body stores them into fat. An active life is a healthy life.

Wash and completely dry the kale then drizzle a very small amount of olive oil on them but make sure they're coated. Bake them and then they are absolutely delicious. No salt needed. :)

I heard that multigrain is white bread dyed brown with seeds added. Should always go for whole grain or whole meal and check the fibre content if your trying to eat healthy
kale is actually one of the most nourishing product ever! if you're interested in which product are the most nutrient then just look up "ANDI scale" :) You can use kale in you fruit smoothies since it doesn't have much of a flavor, just blend it with your favorite fruits and some water to an almost juice consistency have a super healthy and nourishing green smoothie :) love from Poland!
I'm not an expert either but sometimes doing reps and sets enables you to do more repetitions than just doing as many as you can until it hurts. But, whatever works for you!! It's all about personal preference. Love you Chloe :)
Hey Chloe, Try lightly sauté-ing the kale with some garlic, ginger, turmeric and chilli and a dash of himalayen salt. The bomb! Especially if your not enjoying the taste. Try removing processed sugar, dairy and gluten and see how you feel. Much love.

scarletwritings I can really recommend is dry brushing your body in circles with one of those "body brushes"! It's stimulates your skin and gets the blood pressure going. It's proven to reduce cellulites drastically and it really helps m! It also makes your skin baby soft. I just do it before I go into the shower.
You should do more fitness/"What I Eat" videos. I think it helps people who are trying to eat healthy to see what others are eating. I'm always looking for new ideas. I feel like I get unimaginative and burned out on different recipes. :)
With the hummus, so you don't over dip and consume too many kcals or fat, you should try weighing it into portions (put each portion in a extra small container) so then when you next go to have that snack, you don't even have to worry about checking calories or anything ... Also I loved this vlog, feel like you should do more of these soon! I loved it because it felt like a regular vlog but it was about the health and fitness parts of your day.. 👍🏻 x x

Multigrain bread is usually just white bread with grains in it Chloe! Wholegrain or Wholemeal in the bread that's supposed to be better for you!
Actually many top industry experts say multigrain is the better option.

Massaging the area helps break up the accumulated fat. Also, cardio. Massage the area for like 5 minutes a day.

scarletwritings I can really recommend is dry brushing your body in circles with one of those "body brushes"! It's stimulates your skin and gets the blood pressure going. It's proven to reduce cellulites drastically and it really helps m! It also makes your skin baby soft. I just do it before I go into the shower.

You should do more fitness/"What I Eat" videos. I think it helps people who are trying to eat healthy to see what others are eating. I'm always looking for new ideas. I feel like I get unimaginative and burned out on different recipes. :)
With the hummus, so you don't over dip and consume too many kcals or fat, you should try weighing it into portions (put each portion in a extra small container) so then when you next go to have that snack, you don't even have to worry about checking calories or anything ... Also I loved this vlog, feel like you should do more of these soon! I loved it because it felt like a regular vlog but it was about the health and fitness parts of your day.. 👍🏻 x x
