You should try the CrossFit filthy fifty or the CrossFit murph workout. The murph workout is a 1 mile run followed by 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, finishing with another 1 mile run as quickly as possible.

Kool session with the monk seal Nate. The seals like to play around but donʻt try to mess with them, theyʻre known to grab guys & take um to the bottom of the ocean. If you donʻt believe me, try 3 pronging one of um or try punching um. But they not killers for some reason. They take guys to the bottom, bark at you underwater then they let you go. You gotta make it to the surface on your own after that tho. Iʻd say your channel is better than my channel & JOBʻs channel but not Koaʻs one. But it's all good mang, keep the videos coming.
Besides Murph, This workout killed me...you will “buy in” to the WOD with a 1000 meter row, then begin working up a ladder from 1-10 with toes to bar and kettlebell swings. The first round you will do 1 toe to bar and 1 kb swing, then 2 toes to bar and 2 swings. Continue up until you complete 10 each. After that, you will immediately start working through 11-20 of walking lunges and double unders. Once you complete the 20th double under make a mad dash for a rower and burn through 500 meters to “cash out.” Make it a challenge to go unbroken on all reps. Enjoy!
this is the craziest workout I've done in a track season, and can easily be modified to make it more intensive on the arms for your purposes. its good for your mental toughness, and will help add some definition to your thundas, and is super good for the calves. 30 x 400m run @ 5k race pace either 10 sit ups, pushups, or 5 burpees during the 60 sec rest in between 400s. to make it gnarlier, 2 x (20 x 400m). After finishing the first 20, our coach told us we had to do it again. In the book "Once A Runner", main character does 20 x 400m 3 times in a row (60 x 400m) , at his mile race pace (60-70 sec a 400). Might too much on the knees to add a weight vest, but you can totally increase the strength or add punishments for being slow on the 400s. Would love to see you kill this!
