    How can people dislike this content? Its seriously one of the best things on the internet. Gets me amped to go out and train hard but also all the motivation! 👊👊👊👊
    Heres a good workout.
    10x 45lb kneeling seatbelt side pulls each side. (Starting from bottom and extending diagonally to your opposite shoulder)
    10x hanging leg lifts
    10x burpees
    20x 20lb ball slams
    5 full circuits
    2nd circuit:
    20x good mornings with 45lb bar
    60 second mountain climbers
    20x 45lb goblet squats
    60 second burpees
    20x bosu ball pushups with your feet on a wheel board, incorporate a crunch after each pushup.
    60 second mountain climbers
    20x 45lb front rows
    60 second burpees
    20x 45lb military press
    60 second mountain climbers
    2 full circuits

    Laughing about the seal. I had similar few seconds of terror in La Jolla. Was sitting, saw something coming, started bk paddling, heart fell out just b4 he popped up 1' off the tip of my board. He looked at me and barked. So now a set comes, we're both caught inside, no joke every duck dive, board bail he'd come up, and we'd look at ea other. He was about 20' away at this point so all good, but it felt like I was out there w/a stray dog🤣

    For time 100 snatch (40kg~88lbs) with 5 burpees over the bar on every minute (time cap 20 min)...

    You should try the CrossFit filthy fifty or the CrossFit murph workout. The murph workout is a 1 mile run followed by 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, finishing with another 1 mile run as quickly as possible.

    Vlog Wars relay. Each channel comes up with their own challenge (has to be some type of relay). Like nate guys do a gym relay with camera samurais. Best out of the three vlogs wins.

    Yooooo Nate you should try the "Bring sally up" workout. You can modify it to do it with squats, pressups, pullups, chinups etc :)

    Partner workout challenge - 100 pull-ups 100 push ups 100 toe to bar. partner on row machine while other is completing reps. can be broken up anyway you want, but at the end take note of meters rowed and in what amount of time! Challenge your friends to get more meters in less time!

    I use the skier at the gym but I use one arm at a time to simulate paddling for about a minute with a 30sec rest and repeat 5 times. Gets the arms burning!

    A few fun WOD suggestions. "Kalsu" work those quads! And a deaf simple and light one to test your fitness, challenge your mates to a regular session of the "Bergeron Beep Test". Hit >20 rounds and you're probably ready for a Nazare multi wave hold down! (A friend of mine had done this, she's a mutant.)

    NAVY seal workout
    3 mile run followed by:
    300 air squats
    200 pushups
    100 pull-ups
    *dont have to reps straight, I would mix it up at first example: 10 sets of 30 squats 20 pushups 10 pull-ups.
    Then run 3 more miles all in less than 30 minutes, do it

    Kool session with the monk seal Nate. The seals like to play around but donʻt try to mess with them, theyʻre known to grab guys & take um to the bottom of the ocean. If you donʻt believe me, try 3 pronging one of um or try punching um. But they not killers for some reason. They take guys to the bottom, bark at you underwater then they let you go. You gotta make it to the surface on your own after that tho. Iʻd say your channel is better than my channel & JOBʻs channel but not Koaʻs one. But it's all good mang, keep the videos coming.

    Besides Murph, This workout killed me...you will “buy in” to the WOD with a 1000 meter row, then begin working up a ladder from 1-10 with toes to bar and kettlebell swings. The first round you will do 1 toe to bar and 1 kb swing, then 2 toes to bar and 2 swings. Continue up until you complete 10 each. After that, you will immediately start working through 11-20 of walking lunges and double unders. Once you complete the 20th double under make a mad dash for a rower and burn through 500 meters to “cash out.” Make it a challenge to go unbroken on all reps.

    Would a rope pull cardio machine be the same as the ski machine? if the rope pull is above you and your kinda pulling it down.

    this is the craziest workout I've done in a track season, and can easily be modified to make it more intensive on the arms for your purposes. its good for your mental toughness, and will help add some definition to your thundas, and is super good for the calves.
    30 x 400m run @ 5k race pace
    either 10 sit ups, pushups, or 5 burpees during the 60 sec rest in between 400s.
    to make it gnarlier,
    2 x (20 x 400m).
    After finishing the first 20, our coach told us we had to do it again. In the book "Once A Runner", main character does 20 x 400m 3 times in a row (60 x 400m) , at his mile race pace (60-70 sec a 400). Might too much on the knees to add a weight vest, but you can totally increase the strength or add punishments for being slow on the 400s. Would love to see you kill this!
