I love how they design the game to have the save room not be just for game saving but to save the player from having a heart attack. Res Evil Save Rooms, saving more than just progress since RE began. "Come in, relax for a while. Here's some calm for after and before the storm."

Yeah, when you escape the castle and you go and see Duke in the altar, a different theme plays which is quite sad because I REALLY enjoyed the castle one
The castle is probably my favourite level in the game. Partly because of this.
@@TheMadGod same. The castle is my favorite because of the atmosphere it has surrounding it. Also I am just really interested in the architecture of castles and how they look inside and out.
Nowhere else would have music playing, though... Lady D was literally a Jazz/Blues singer. It would make sense for her to have music. Other characters would not. Except MAAAYYYBBBEEEE Dona, but the audio you do hear in her home is from your own dillusions.
Sometimes, this is all you need to hear when entering the safe room after coming back from Dimitrescu’s chase and her scary ass theme

Damn, Capcom really wants to bring back the Resident Evil franchise back at it's roots and it feels really good. Also, this new theme is crazy beautiful and fits really well with the game's design. RE7 save theme wasn't terrific tbh, but this one.. 🔥🔥🔥

I just realized this is the re4 save room theme but remixed that's actually pretty cool.
The best Save Room Theme is in RESIDENT EVIL 0, 1, 2, 3, 7.

Would say this is the best save room theme, but we all know the RE4 Remake will take the throne once again.
the most extraordinary thing is that this calm melody is the music of the theme of Resident evil 4 only in reverse but still it is good and it impresses me that the creators use things from their old installments and use them very well excellent! 👍🏻

I asked myself every time in every game of the series: “Have I ever give myself time to listen to the music that was given to this game despite the horrific tune of Dimitrescu coming after me?”. Overall, this OST making me put my mind at ease.
re village helped me accept new original character for the resident evil series.

Ironically, I thought a room was cockroach free at someone's place, with this theme playing. The last day I was around, I noticed one running around in the same room.
Give me any horror monster. I prefer that over cockroaches. Because there is no sanctuary to get away from this plague, man...

Ofc it won’t be, RE7 had hints in the demo that the game would be supernatural. But it ended up being more hallucinations.

I didn't like 7 as a theme ! This isn't bad but nthng beats 3&0 who so ever thinks 3&0 or below some save room theme they definitely haven't played re0&re3
Compare this theme to the save room theme of RE2 or RE3 (original games). The differences are huge. This theme is completely negligible and boring, while the RE2 theme creates a sense of suspense, uncertainty and horror. The music in today's games lacks tones and melodies, but also lacks a certain depth to trigger emotions. Today everything feels very adjusted. Don't offend anyone, swim with the crowd. Music takes up far too little space in today's games. Today's composers don't realize that music is as important in games as gameplay, storytelling and graphics. Games have become a mass market. Mass always means average to low quality, which is what you see in 90% of games, movies and music (see Sturgeon's Law). Anyone who doesn't understand that is a fool.
