thank you for sharing! as safety task team leader, I have no clue on how to conduct meetings. I have a basic idea, but no real plan on how to execute. hopefully you have a series!
Thank you for watching! We have plenty of videos on the channel to help with meetings and similar topics. If you have specific questions, let me know and we can see about doing a video to address them!
Evil Genius Leadership Consultants thank you very much again for responding! I struggle because I was pretty much voluntold to be the task team leader, I have absolutely no experience in this, but I do have a basic idea and a newly developed fondness and passion. so, I guess I've grown into this. I forgot to also thank you for your service!
Thank you so much for your support Rob! Embrace that passion you feel as a new leader and enjoy the position. Best of luck and we're always here to help if you have questions!
Thank you so much Sheena! I hope it was helpful and your meeting goes well. Let us know how it goes and if you have any additional questions or suggestions. Good luck!
Myself and my company have spent countless dollars on coaching and leadership training for the management team. I’ve never had any training or coaching were we review a great real legit meeting. All it is motivational speaking with suggested guidelines to run a meeting. It would be great to show a video of a real life meeting from a legit business, and review it with a coach or leadership trainer. On what they do well or not, or what they could have done better.
I can see how that would be frustrating! I think you have a great idea here and I'd love to try it out with your company. Email me at info@evilgeniusleadership.com and let's try to set something up for your next meeting!
Yes, always have an agenda and stick to it. If there are a lot of women who like to talk, the meeting can go long (that is what happens in our meetings).
I don't think that is just limited to women Katarina! :-) Everyone likes a chance to be heard, it's our job as leaders to find ways to make that happen while still staying on purpose. Sometimes that means making ourselves available outside the meeting to talk about other topics. Thanks so much for watching. What do you like to do to make your team members feel like they're being heard?
So sorry! We made some changes to our website and that download is no longer there. Drop your email address here or email it to me at info@evilgeniusleadership.com and I'll send you the workbook. Again, my apologies and thank you for checking it out!
