Prairie winds: do you love them or hate them?

To live in Saskatchewan is to know wind.
It shapes our landscape, from the way people farm to recreational activities.
Shelterbelts became increasingly important if you wanted to grow things here.
And one community have a kite festival devoted to celebrating those prairie gusts.
