Custom Glue Up Jigs for Aligning Segments When Gluing - Part 1 - Segmented Eggs

This video will describe some new jigs which were printed on a 3-D printer to enable more accurate and easier alignment of the segment wedges when gluing up segmented rings.
For this project I will design a jig for gluing up some segmented discs with 36 segments plus an additional 36 thin slivers between each of the segments - this results in 72 wood pieces in each layer. Gluing up this many pieces at one time can be a challenge, trying to make sure that all the segments are properly aligned and that the final assembly is perfectly round.
