- Bellingham, Washington was the first stop on 10 day road trip I did with a buddie and some other friends. We rode Galbraith in the morning and headed over to Chuckanut after lunch for some shuttle laps. This was my first time being in Bellingham and I barely got to scratch the surface of what they have there. I'm definitely looking forward to going back and giving this place a proper visit.

Love the format of these videos
Thanks man! I always think they are going to be horrible until I finish then I'm stoked.
Awesome trail
Thanks!
Welcome to WA, Robert!
Sooooo good!
Incredible. I cant say id be any more brave on those features my first tine around either. Or second for that matter. Youre an awesome rider and we love watching you do stuff most of us will never have the opportunity to ride.
Thanks man, I always feel like I'm not that good but I think it's because I'm always hanging out with guys way better than me.
So glad you got up to Bellingham. I live 1.5 hrs away , but it’s still hard to get up there as much as I want. You looked like you did great for a first time. When you come back is when it gets really good!!
I'm definitely staying for a few days next time!
Another great one! I love riding new places but I'm with you, I am always cautious as hell. My old bones cant take the hit like they use to! HA!
You and me both!
Believe me when I say: If I could, I would!!!!
I definitely need to tag along when you go back!
I'm considering not going to Sedona this year and going to Bellingham instead.
@@B1KER oh....
Ah man I would've liked the video to be double the length so I could see some full pull runs. I've definitely wanted to ride there
I have a full pull on Members & Patreon of Chuckanut.
Big shout out to Bellingham locals! I rode three different trail systems the day I visited and had a random local guide me through each one. 🤘
That is awesome! Everyone we met there was super friendly.
You know what? You reminded me of me, a bit, sir! My name is Luís Martins and I'm a doctor, from Coimbra, Portugal, 45 years old. It is completely ok to back off a bit and build up your confidence, with proper knowledge of the trail/track. From what I saw in you video I would have tried a little bit more stuff than you did, the first go around in some of the trails but...jumps, you have to practice them! Drops, especially in almost freefall, you've got to practice!!! I'm the proud owner of 3 bikes and slowly building the 4th and last, wich will be a 120/120mm XCO Specialized Epic 8. Nr 2 is a Specialized Stumpjumper Evo 160/150mm(wich I consider a perfect bike and THE holly grail of Trail/Enduro bikes). Nr 3 is a Propain Tyee CF 180/160mm full of carbon to the teeth to make it as light as possible(13,57kgs- Stumpy, 13,97kgs- Tyee). All my bikes are better than their rider - me! Lol! But, MTB makes me feel alive in a way that only...well, sex does. But being a doctor, working with my hands, performing surgery and, especially, not being 25 anymore makes me realize that one does have to be carefull. I cannot endager my wrists. Ever. Period. That would be a disaster! And my life dreams are to "hit" Leogang Bike Park, Austria, and surrounding trails and, of course, the Meca - Whistler! Go get it, my friend. And good luck! Envy you a lot, with that trip to Whistler...Lol! Subscribed your channel and hit the like button. Keep sending more good stuff! Good ridings, safe ridings. Cheers, all the way from Coimbra, Portugal!
Thanks for watching man! You should book a trip, it's so much fun to travel and ride.
I really feel those opening comments about riding somewhere new that you’ve only seen on video
It's definitely a thing!
Sounds like a token is loose.
I have no idea. I just sent it back for service. I'm a complete novice when it comes to suspension.
