The Mediterranean Pizza

Just a quick pizza in between this week`s blizzards. One of my very favourite flavour combinations to park atop a crust. Inspired decades ago by Spiro`s pizza found in several locations around Western Washington. Been making them ever since. Try it for yourself! Deee-licious.
