Thanks for this man, I’m definitely gonna try it! I follow a lot of cooking shows and the trend is either extremely specific fad diet recipes, or restaurant style dishes I would only make on occasion (high fats/butter/cream etc). Really refreshing to see a healthy balanced meal that’s not trying to completely eliminate some food group or macro.
For sure, I was thinking about doing a video with 3-4 college style recipes. If you look at some of my older macro friendly monday videos (not the best quality), but they may be what you are looking for!
Where was this video hiding? I've been searching protein pizza with your name and I didn't find this! Only found it thanks to the Greek yogurt 3 ways video! Good stuff!!
Yea regular yoghurt is OK for the dough it's just going to have fewer protein. When it comes to the sauce however I think a better substitute would be sour cream just for the flavor it brings
Peter Chlebowski If you have a preground allspice, I would do allspice, cumin, and paprika, then salt and pepper. Allspice generally contains cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. If you don’t have allspice. I would just go with cumin, and paprika. You could add some minced garlic and mint. I’ve done that before as well!
Hey, Ethan, is there a reason you omitted the salt in the dough? Tuscan bread is the only salt free bread I can think of right now, though I am sure there are some others. That dough is really versatile, too, and ought to make a good pita/wrap. Thanks!

Music to my ears, thats exactly what I was going for. A nice balanced meal, that still tastes dope!
I think you should try a budget meal series. I personally am a student on a budget and would love to see how to make cheep but delicious meals.

I didn't even realize I forgot the salt in this one, definitely not on purpose. Luckily with the toppings it wasn't missed too much!
Isn't the original pizza already....
