Just about to do this on my 630. Thinking of installing a grease zerk. Not worried about the tractor police as it will just make it more user friendly down the road. Also will use antisieze on the splines.

On my 60 it protrudes enough that no compressor was necessary. Just place the nut on the backside and draw the bolt in.
