I took a 9g cubensis trip in 2001, and during that experience I found true forgiveness and love for my childhood abuser. It still took two decades of therapy and meditation to truly integrate that forgiveness and love, but the trip is the seed that showed me it was possible and thru my efforts, I came to peace with my trauma and have been loving life ever since.

That intro is legend of Zelda! Love it! On a side note. I’m 8 1/2 stone. 29. Took 4g recently and certain parts were almost identical. Other than I can’t remember most of it and what I do remember is no difference between eyes closed and eyes open and not being able to embrace it like other trips just under that. It was an entire different experience. Just reminds you that this is a journey. You can want to push and learn as much as you want. The fungi tells you to be patient. Try it again in time, learn from before. Adapt. I was terrified at parts. Euphoric in others.
That’s the only part I don’t like I have to release what I learned about myself the last time in order to remember it,because it makes me less focused on one thing

I have 3 grain jars about halfway colonized, using a 4 year old spore syringe. When I pulled the syringe from the fridge, the spore clump had a heart shape. I'm looking forward to trying mushrooms soon.

Crazy how what the mushroom told him is a lot like the 12 steps of AA. They initially got me into the program and now happily sober

It's crazy for me to think this was posted the day after my accident; I was sedated in the ICU clinging on.
6 months ago I almost died and because of my TBI have no memory of what caused the accident or anything until i woke up ~ week 2. I'm going back through content I've missed since March 7th.
I've been thinking I may not have had a spiritual experience because of my non belief. Or maybe my brain was just really messed up lol
I've definitely had a way better mood and outlook on life, just like the writer of this trip report. I'm assuming my ego died. They also used ket, among a bunch of other drugs, to keep me sedated 😅
I have felt my ego returning more and more. Little things that can induce anger or frustration. Then I think about it and realize my mistake and fix it. I may just be rambling idk I'm just very grateful for life now and won't forget to live it.
Love your trip reports and commentary after. I was binging you since coming home from the hospital 5 months ago, and before my accident too.
Forgot to add, I hope to gain more spirituality through actually having an 'experience' one day. Even just these reports have been helping me

I hadn't taken psychedelics until just after my ADHD diagnosis too! TBH drug use is fairly common amongst neurodivergent folks. I feel like entheogens have the potential to help a for folks like myself if used carefully.

i concluded that lsd and shrooms only trick the brain into death, (same with eating a large dose of cannabis) the rest of the magical trip and ego death comes from our pineal gland releasing DMT after the brain gets tricked that you're dying from the distortion of reality by the substances
Interesting. How does the advice translate when you continuously apologize for your wrong doing but the other individual does not, does not one need to set “boundaries” like he should of with his mother in law?
I'm the author of this trip report. You apologize and you leave it be. She's still not part of our life. But I said my apologies and extended my olive branch, if ever she wants to take it, then she can. Otherwise, I know I have done my part, and live joyously without the anger or hatred I was carrying, or the shame I felt for my behavior in allowing her to rile me up and get angry to begin with.

If you've never taken more than 3.5 take 5 grams first before you jump to 7 grams
Try Lemontek. Coffee grinder, magnetic stirrer, 1 or 2 lemons, hour of mixing, strain through metal mesh kuerig strainer, get all juice out of matter, drink, lay down.
I did a 10.9 gram trip one time worst decision of my life
I took 15 grams before
