    Starter sounds normal, if all connections/ wires are good and somethings going bad my "guess" would be the starter solenoid. Glad the wheel bearings are holding up for you, did you grease ALL wheel/roller bearings?

    I posted to your previous video. I’m wondering if these machines may have a different set up? My comment was to the fact that mine was greased. But in fact I tore mine apart to see. And noticed a drilled hole that leads to the inside of the bolt hole. So that you can push grease through the outside bolt hole that will end up in between the bearings themselves. But mine is also the ? Agt brand ? Mine has no stickers saying what it is. But it has the 739 cc motor and also the case drain for attachments. Don’t know if that makes parts a bit different? But wouldn’t hurt to check and see. Hope this helps someone.

      I checked my wheels again and there's no hole in the middle of the shaft. Ive considered to drill and tap the wheel to install a grease nipple. Going to take them apart at 100hrs currently Im at 70 hrs and they're holding up well so far!

  • @joshgreen765
    @joshgreen765 7 днів тому

    I want to inform the community.. after seeing this video and some others. This seems to be a mistake? So I pulled my track wheel off. And disassembled it. To find that there is grease and a way to grease the bearings. The outside bolt can be removed. Then you can pump grease in through the bolt hole itself. Which will push through a hole that has been drilled into the wheel shaft that is located in between the bearings themselves. Just make sure you grease your machines after heavy usage. I hope this will help someone out. These machines are cheap. But seems that they are using some ingenuity to advance the life of the machine.

    Just curious as to why your running that oil weight since ford says to run 10w30 and you can get rotella t6 in 10w30 now at walmart?

    • @cp-islander
      @cp-islander 14 днів тому

      The main reason I use 5w40 is the wider temp range and it being severe duty oil. I mainly use my truck hauling a camper around so is usually under a load. In your manual it recommends both oils depending on your trucks use basically.

    I might have recommended that you had put in a cleaning oil additive so that everything that the oil passes through would have been cleaned before you had added new oil. Then you should change the oil before it turns black

    I've ordered mine and as I was checking the fit, I realized that problem. Right now I have a standard front carrier and with suspensions compressed, get good field of view and good clearance. But with this carrier, no compression, meaning either the bike is higher in the field of view, or front clearance is limited. I like your solution, I think I will use that too once I get mine. They can ship it with a lower factory "config" so that the platform is lower once raised, but still. I am thinking when I am off-road, I can always raise it to the max to clear obstacles, and then have it at that mid point heigth on regular roads. With your current setup, how high are the tires from the ground when raised ? So cool that you did a video on this. I had a bigfoot, now a kingstar.

    • @cp-islander
      @cp-islander Місяць тому

      I had about ten inches from the ground to my tires so it was tight on some roads in Baja! Overall put 10,000kms on it with no issues. I would recommend upgrading the bolts, I used grade 8. I also had the low model as well. One other thing I did was cut about 2” off the receiver piece to get it closer to the truck to take some leverage off of it. Send a pic of your setup!
