I actually like this album better than the previous one. Lizzy is a great vocalist, she can sing everything and I think this album shows all the colours of her voice. The music is like... more grown up, I think. They did an amazing job with this album.

Lzzy and the band are simply maturing together and branching out to show their versatility.
💔Despite never drinking and never being in a romantic relationship, this song is basically something I wanna sing to my family. These were people I thought I could depend on but they just constantly lean on me instead of helping.💥
Knowing that a lot of Lzzy's songs come from a very personal place, this song upsets me even more than it would anyway -- it makes me wonder what she's been through and asdfghjkl; sadface everywhere
I love this album, they really do a great job showing the diversity of not only Lzzy's voice, but the diversity of the band itself. They show that all members are amazing and have the ability to adjust to different types of music. Really outdid themselves on this :D

Took me back 8 years. That was a rough time. I was a side piece for a year. I was gaslighted into being too jealous. But after 8 months it turned out they still live together with her ex. After it i held on for 4 months like that i loved her so much. Then he cheated both of us with another she married right away. But she still came back after some time to fuck me. Then sneaked out at dawn while i was sleeping. Since then i am not the same person i was before. Fucked me up big time

+E'mon Harris I think "Here's to Us" sounds more country than this...this album had a few more pop sounding songs but I really don't hear any country.

As someone who likes a large variety of genres of music, I can say I do not hear ANY country like sounds in "Here's to Us". If you think otherwise, I think someone's been lying to you about what country sounds like.

I was not aware of that, mostly because I don't give a shit. But if it's true, as you say, you'd think she's be a lot more famous. I mean, I'll be the first to say J Lo is a hack singer and a shitty actress, but she sure the fuck did manage to herd a shitload of sheep into those arenas to see her big fat ass dance around a stage. And one could argue that her looks carry her more than her talents and perhaps this Lizzy Hale character has a much better voice, but then again Adele is fat and everyone looked past those thunder thighs and recognized her for her great singing voice. Which is beside the fucking point since she could have sang this song as well.
well as for being famous it's a matter of marketing and I've heard a lot of opinions but Halestorm is considered to be a rock/hard rock band. You can't expect a rock band to be more mainstream than Adele. And I know some people with hell of a voice who'll never be recognized, so do you. My point is that let's say J Lo would never pull this off live especially not the way Lzzy does. That's a fact. And Adele could sing this no doubt. She has a great voice. But she can sing only one style and Lzzy can sing hard rock as well (even tho most of their songs aren't hard rock but that's another story). I'm not trying to say that Lzzy is the best singer out there but she is one of the best and she can has more diversity in her voice and it's pointless to compare her to anyone you mentioned. (not trying to be rude I hope you don't get an impression of an angry fangirl i'm really not)
