Releasing Tension on W-body Mono-leaf

Before removing the mono leaf, I had to release the tension on it. I did this by removing the strut, then rotating the knuckle assembly top inboard until the mono-leaf popped out from the bottom. I didn’t even hear it pop out and I was continuing to try and get it to release at the end. Did the same thing on the other side.

Yee haw. I want to get an 88-91 monoleaf for my 93. Sags like all the 92-97s after 10 years. sucks!
