Feeling "right" or rather "'not right" sometimes can be outright "terror / fear" of making a right move. some suggest leaning into taking actions which feel scary, since these are often the "right" actions to take. hope I'm sounding confused. but I am confronted by such a "right/not right" move at the moment. and am aware of my "lack of action out fear" bias

Over the long term, we can only truly learn from experience. So I prefer to have a bias toward action for that reason alone.
