Wes, thank you for highlighting this local service based business. We have a handyman business that we want to grow. You have taught me that UA-cam is the way, however we are struggling to get it started. Luckily my husband is comfortable in front of a camera, but not very comfortable with technology, so there will be a learning curve there. It is also hard for him to find the time on a jobsite to take video. I struggle with perfectionism and need to let go of the idea that our first videos need to be perfect. Your content always addresses our fears and obstacles though. Thanks again!
Hey Jill! Yea, PLEASE don't worry about your videos being perfect, certainly not when you're just getting started. Remember nobody's ever gonna watch your first videos anyway! Its all about just getting going, building momentum and getting more and more comfortable. This is a longterm strategy, not about seeing a quick return in the first few months.
Ive wanted to do this for some time. And I always see businesses that translate so well to UA-cam (like his). My company does printing and our customers want their stuff private/confidential so we can’t display their stuff on screen. So it’s challenging trying to figure out what video content to make.
Hi Wes, thanks for sharing the great tips, signed for your UA-cam strategy, but is says that the deadline funnel locked it. Not sure how it locked me up when I just signed up and just came across your video. Just wanted to let you know about that.

Wes can the UA-cam strategy work with a faceless channel?
Amazing story, thanks for sharing. I do a lot of screen sharing videos, which I struggle to create for UA-cam Shorts.
Have you tried focusing on longs rather than shorts? much better for client gen!
