Is this really black gay television? There is no show that is based on Black, Gay and Male as the main characters on any network. We still have a long way to go with seeing gay black men as lead characters on a show and preferably an all black cast.
Looking forward to Mr. Lover man. Thanks. What about the trans character on the fantastic series, Heartstopper? Finally, I can’t bring myself to watch Queer Eye after they ditched the one Black principal. Anyhow, nice job!
It's one of THE best shows I have ever seen! I have never seen something based exclusively on the the gay/bi lives of any of the Windrush generation 🎉 the show is flawless/funny /moving 🎉
So I’m not really an emotional person at all. However, your words hit me pretty hard. If only you knew how hard the two black gay men a part of the writers table had to fight for Louie, and for this interpretation to be brought to the screen; you’d understand the tears in my eyes. Thanks, my friend.
@ Being “ Emotionally “ makes us more human not less 🖤 I absolutely ADORE the show !! It’s a future classic/ believable/ Profound / Truly helps people understand how gay/bi men of the Windrush generation had to constantly live double or even triple lives to merely exist 🖤 I was gripped from beginning to end and I was disappointed when it ended but delirious when they both found a way to. BE together 🖤 knowing that there was a fight for Louie in the writers room and that the fight was WON only makes me love the show even MORE 🖤Certain artistic fights are worth it ,if they help to create GROUNDBREAKING shows that are immortal 🖤🖤🖤🖤📝🖤🖤🖤🖤
@ Black gay men have always had to fight for their seats at various tables 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤I’m incredibly grateful that you fought so hard for Louie 🖤📝🖤📝🖤📝🖤📝I plan to watch the show again on the first week on the new year 🖤📝🖤📝

There were no Gay characters, Black or White, on the Corporate idiot box when I came out in 1975 at the age of 2O. There was only the Four Gospels. Tennessee Williams and Gore Vidal and Truman Capote and James Baldwin. And that was it. Those were the only "known" Homosexuals allowed on Television.💙
I hate the new doctor who, I do not care that he is gay or black but to be afraid and singing and dancing. He supposed to be the greatest scientist in the universe. I am disappointed being black myself.
Looking forward to more Black Gay TV in 2025.
Yaaaas much more!
Thank you again for acknowledging our show. BTW...You got his name right this time. LOL! Thank you again. #IWTV
Any suggestions on how to watch Mr. Lover Man?

all good shows, but I like most 'Interview With the Vampire'. I prefer the original 'Queer Eye' over the remake.
Interview with the vampire is so beloved!
I'm so glad that donald trump won. No more transgender ideologies being pushed on the youth. No more lgbt they/them non-bianary, bigender nonsense 😂.
