Definitely the hardest. I just recently decided to do a master mode playthrough and other than my one-two deaths to ash(I died trying to execute her) viper is the only boss I died to multiple times.

I beat viper in 1 try on the normal difficulty. At first I didn't understand why everyone thought he was so tough. Then this year I played the campaign on Master. I now know why he is loved by all.
Lets be real, viper was easily the best on the team. Plus he was the most normal of them all. All of them had their "thing", his thing was being the most skilled.
This man’s reaction speed is so high, he’s able to grab his railgun that’s thrown away from him and fire off 4 shots, with the plasma railgun of all things
I remember when I first got my PS4 Titan fall two was the first game I ever played on there competitively, and that boss made me lose my sanity and showed me what true anger felt like
keep in mind that Viper is alone, save for the two scorches he drops on you, and is fighting you the entire time. Sloane has endless minions and constantly teleports away to go farm Militia grunts for her core.
Viper gave me the most hell compared to anything else in Titanfall, and she’s not even the final boss, so I appreciate seeing others share the same sentiment :)
Slone was a pushover compared to viper. The only reason why she was somewhat difficult was because of her going invulnerable and spawning in other titans.
I beat him once on max difficulty it has remained as one of the only boss fights that I have ever truly physically sweated during, and I play from software games.
The girl who uses the ion depends a lot on teleporting, her entire fight is more with the enemy titans than with her, since it is seen that she really barely receives any pain, she escapes so she is not used to really fighting
Slone was “difficult” because she used her laser core a lot, but even then you could easily take cover from it. Viper zooms around in the air majority of the time, uses flight core, and his fight area didn’t have any permanent cover which made him even more difficult. Viper is essentially Kane, Ash, and Richter combined with a bit more potency. Viper is the final boss and Slone is just a suspense builder.
Ngl viper was the hardest and the the coolest enemy of the game because when you fight her you have a minigun so with some evasive maneuvers you can beat her easily but with viper to have to have skill and be fast on your feet

I die to Viper several time even on easy mode. Only reason I die to Slone is because of her constant laser core

Viper being so intentionally difficult is the only reason why Legion is unlocked after you defeat him, otherwise it would be way too easy of a fight.

@nedia8259 All the other bosses just had normal titan AIs with the aggression turned up, but Viper's AI is fully custom

Viper is technically the only Apex Predator to severely damage BT. Kane, Ash, Richter and Slone all fail, but VIper nearly kills Cooper and BT.
