Everyone should be in therapy, i don’t understand the negative stigma. Whether you have mental health issues or not every person and every couple have things they need to get off their chest and work through
Your a full time mom and you work just cooking/cleaning takes half the day. You overwork yourself. Slow down to remember better your life as a mom. I had to after my 5th. I was a robot and realized between my 3rd and 4th baby had almost no memory.
Going to therapy is a healthy thing. There are always things that each individual can work on whither it's personal or long term goals for one another.
My son (who is now 31) was a 4 sport student all the way through school my daughter (who will be 30) was a 2-3 sport student all the way through school. We let them choose what they wanted to do. The only rule was, if you start a sport/activity, you must follow through for the season. No quitting allowed. My husband and I were both athletes growing up but didn’t want to push that onto our kids…it just ended up being in their genes 🤷♀️.
My daughter did everything between 2-6. At 6 she asked to dance competitively. She’s 14 now still dancing competitively but does other things during slower months gymnastics in fall. She ice skates during winter. Swim during summer. But she is only is competitive and signs a 11 month contract to dance.
On the topic of sports- if you're curious to read 😂 My kids are 8, 9, 12 & 12. My 8 yr old son wants to play football and it's the first sport he's shown interest in but he's really small and doesn't like to eat healthy food or protein and I'm afraid his body isn't going to be strong enough to withstand football. So we're working on the health aspect of it first. My 9yr old daughter has shown interest in soccer and softball but honestly not until here recently. She got a batting net and a tee and a new bat for Christmas. She is trying out for softball this coming up season. One of my 12 yr old daughters did ballet when she was little and Cheerleading for the last 3 years but decided not to do it again this year. And now wants to try soccer 🤷 My other 12 yr old tried gymnastics and hated it, then she tried out for football cheerleading at her school and didn't make the team. So she currently is in Band and is a 2nd year Trumpet player and is THRIVING. I did make a limit of one sport/ extra curricular activity at a time per kid to not overwhelm them. I think all kids think about sports differently and want to do things at a different pace. I was never in sports as a kid either, but I think overall I'm just letting my kids come to me when they're ready to try out a new sport or hobby. I don't try to push it on them at all.
The father of her other kids wouldn't ever marry her. He strung her along for years. He had major commitment issues and it obviously made her feel inferior.
Why would they? It’s not like they want to get back together, they’re both happy with other partners and both state they have a good co-parenting relationship. To have therapy to bring up past issues can actually fracture things in terms of co-parenting. The only thing Kyra can do with Oscar at this point is take full accountability and apologise. They’ve both moved on, people watching on the internet need to Aswell!
We do one sport per season for my son! He is in kindergarten and very athletic/loves them all so still trying find which sport is his all time favorite and when we do I will sign him up for travel for that one sport along with the others!
Is this the Norm In America? It seems crazy to me to need couples counselling a year in or is it all a positive thing where it builds your relationship?
SPORTS: We have narrowed down things to one sport every 3 to 6months. And if my child I adamant we will keep one year round. However, my extended family I very active so we are always doing something recreationally too.
This is such a fair and good question. Last year when Preston and I did it for months we completely paid for it ourselves. It was so worth it and I wish we never stopped. When I did it year ago I never heard of the brand and partnered with them where I used it for the first time. After doing in person therapy for OCD I switched to better help for the convenience and paid for it myself then as well. When I partner with them on YT it is a paid ad but I have used it many times where I’ve paid to use it🫶🏻
I simply love your videos Kyra. Remember that life is too precious to waste on negativity. You're loved by many and many want to see you do great things and succeed in life! Stay happy🩷
I honestly enjoyed this video again good job Kyra seems like you really are doing a lot better the edits have improved too and the focus wasn’t as blurry as usual, not mean comment just saying I noticed lol also it’s nice to not see sex adds while your posting family content but something useful like therapy, so good on you again for continuing keeping your kids privacy and also love that your being so realistic to us busy mamas of multiple kiddos with everything through out this video how your day is not perfect but so full of love and laughter from your family
Would you say therapy helped OCD? I tried a couple sessions in person and she was nice but we just sort of talked about it, not about any solutions for it
Growing up I’ve NEVER been interested in Harry Potter but my son who is 9 just started getting into it so we have been watching the movies and we are both now HP super nerds 😜 I am hoping we can read the books next!!!
Kyra, You and your husband are blessed together. Thanks for being real and sharing your therapeutic process with us Sports: My son played basketball from kindergarten to college and at 5 he asked to begin Karate. I said yes..after explaining the commitment..he then at the six month mark he wanted to stop. I shared with him that he couldn't and had to finish the five years...at 12 he earned his black belt (7th degree) and was so proud to have mastered basketball 🏀 and Karate 🥋. Learning discipline, commitment, integrity, individual and team sports etiquette. At 29 my son knows how to persevere and reach attainable goals without looking back. He thanks me often for holding him to the karate discipline and says...it and basketball made and helped him be the man that he loves today. So, keep at it my lady.
Therapy is so healthy!!! I hate the negatives comments it gets. It’s usually people who aren’t comfortable seeking therapy for themselves. Congrats too you two!
I have been watching you before Levi was born ... We the people miss seeing your babies ... Their your memories and their memories showing how happy they are and you shouldn't let people make you feel like you're exploiting your kids ... as I remember your kids love being filmed and Levi was starting to have an interest in vlogging ... Don't let people dictate what you show or not show ... Just be your outrageous self ... Their your wonderful kids and miss their sweet smiles ... you are and always will be a wonderful mom and awesome wife and have a better life now , without someone always putting you down in front of your past vlogs ( might be done in a joking way , but It happened way too often and I know it had to hurt ), you deserve better and Preston adores you and your 4 other kiddos and we love you too
Kudos to you for working on your mental health because honestly health os wealth! And working out will help tremendously! Takes some time but its so worth it. ❤
my son is levi’s age and does it all. he’s on correctly he’s on 2 different basketball teams in different leagues and he’s also on a bowling league. in the fall he played travel soccer and rec soccer as well as bowling. this fall he wants to try football. these boys definitely keep us on our toes with sports.
I'm enjoying seeing you with Preston- you guys vibe together very well. I could feel it in my bones that Oscar wasn't committed and wouldn't never marry and I'm glad you got out of that situation. You deserve someone who is devoted to you! 💗 I love you and love seeing you happy.
You’re so much fun now I swear to gwooooood Kyra 😂😂😂 I love and the smile, can we take a moment to appreciate how you’re always smiling and joking around 😂❤❤❤❤ love love love. Preston you’re the person we need to thank ❤❤❤
Cutting out drinking does wonders for mental health. Also takes average two years for a woman to recover mentally and physically from pregnancy/birth.

I think you should consider having individual therapists for both of you and then a couples therapist togethet
Going to therapy is a healthy thing. There are always things that each individual can work on whither it's personal or long term goals for one another.
i wonder what preston was really doing out with his friends lmao 😭
OMG the older I get the more I cuss ..9 grandkids It is sooooo hard 😂😂😂

Not you doing therapy with him but not with the father of your kids
The father of her other kids wouldn't ever marry her. He strung her along for years. He had major commitment issues and it obviously made her feel inferior.
That’s her husband, why wouldn’t she

Why should she do that when she had already found a new man? 😂
lol he went to a strip club while keeping her at home 😂😂😂 GIIIIRRRLLL SHUT UR MOUTH
We do one sport per season for my son! He is in kindergarten and very athletic/loves them all so still trying find which sport is his all time favorite and when we do I will sign him up for travel for that one sport along with the others!
I would say not to keep him doing too many activities or sports at once because with school and schoolwork it can overwhelm them
U should get bangs!! ❤
Since i have 3 kids i say they Can do 1 sport at a time and when they sign up they have to go a full season.
Kyra your hair color looks so good on you!

Curious if you actually use the therapy or was just a sponser situation?
