I see some similar movements to the Wild Goose Tripod and Spiral form (an intermediate form in that system) and wonder where this form here originates? And, how old is it? Is it possibly a later compilation and integration of Qi Gong forms and schools originating both in northern China and southern China? A lovely form, thanks for sharing freely.
Thanks for watching! According to the Da Wu book I have, the Da Wu has been practiced in China for more than 5,000 years. They found a ceramic basin dated 5,000 years with drawings of movements of this form. It said it was originated from the ancient ruler time of Yingkang, but I could not find any reference in history.
Perfekte Vorführung, vielen Dank und ein Kompliment an die Akteurin. Leider sind die englischen Instruktionen rein akustisch nicht sehr gut zu verstehen.
Thank you for this routine as we are learning it in our qigong class in Dorset England 🙏💖

This is lovely. However, the background music drowns out the very important narration & can be removed.
