In mid 1982 Seattle and several of its suburbs were terrorized by people who would go into the men's rooms late at night and defecate in the urinals. After 12 weeks of continuous attacks at hundreds of locations, 102.5FM started this PSA and played it every two hours. They even sent it to other radio stations around the city. Once the attacks petered out, the cassette was put into storage only to be found by a local podcaster in 2008. No information is known about the singer since the studio the song was contracted to folded up in early 1985.
