Born in the early 1970's in Leadbear Mountain Kentucky Roscoe "Highway Harry" Harrington caught the country music bug early by learning guitar to entertain folks at the local diner and bars to avoid going into his father's drywall company, becoming a local success story in the area by the mid 90's. Riches seemed to be on his way as he was set up with a nice record deal by 1994. Unfortunately, he decided not to pay his taxes and was arrested and charged. He served 28 months in federal prison during which he wrote this tune. It popped up on the country top 100 for 4 weeks. He decided to start his own company later that year called Fuck You You Money Grubbing Feds Records to moderate success, Being the spawning grounds for Cletus Braggert's "That sticky feeling when it comes to you" and Abby Slunta's "I'll give you another hole bitch".
