I am going to be 65 in Dec. I've been sewing since I was a kid. I'm no expert but just enjoy sewing for family and friends. I got a serger a couple years ago and never rally took the time to teach myself (yes, I'm totally self taught). I stumbled across your videos for the serger and was so amazed. They have been so helpful. I have the Same serger and had so many things I wanted to do but never did. Thank you for having such wonderful teaching videos. I love them so much. Watch all 33 episodes, order a serger, watch them again while you wait
and you will ask yourself a week after it arrives "WHY did I WAIT SOOO
LONG" I use a short stitch to rough hem leggins. It works great on flower patterns because by adjusting the differential you can achieve a ruffled flower petal look. Go over the seam at least twice!

How often do you use a 1mm to 2mm narrow stitch and a 1mm roll stitch and can you get away with using a 2mm to 4mm only machine?
