Really like the update as per your hair growth.
So, here's an idea for hair series where you can help grow other people's hair. I.e. take case of someone with 4c hair who suffered some failures and with your aid, you can provide a hair regime for growth, so you can show results. You can do the same with someone who who hard severely damaged hair (hair type of your choice) and you can show us the progress over time too. It will be more of a hands on approach as part what you Already do in your vlogs.

I have a question about the inversions. Are you saying 7 days in a row during the month or just only 7 days in the month period? 🤔 Is it best to do the inversion method seven days in a row? Thank you so much & congratulations on all of your endeavors!
A week out of the month so 7 days in a row and yes people forget how important is it to be healthy on the inside if they want their hair to grow!

💚 I’m trying to grow my hair back out like yours but I promise every time I go to my stylist she tells me that I have split ends that needs cutting and cut 5-6inches and I’m right back were I started. Also I’m learning to comb the middle separately so that it won’t break off.

You most likely have mechanical damage. Your routine maybe the problem so get a routine from a professional for tips to treat your hair correctly

I feel like I’ve been subscribing to her forever and I just believe there so much more depth of knowledge other than the inversion method….I’m not hating I’m just sharing my thoughts that other UA-camrs are innovating and giving fresh perspectives rather than talking about the trends (shebe oils and rice water). Hopefully, this inspires her to pivot and innovate…she’s still a queen and want to see her shine!
It’s only a trend because I talked about it first if we’re being honest! You can do back to 2016 and see I was the one who made videos about those topics first and continue to use it today. If you have subscribed and followed me like you say you would know that.

Thanks so much for the video. Very helpful. Just to be sure I understand, you did the inversion method for 30 minutes, seven days straight each month?
I think that’s what she said, but I wouldn’t recommend that at all. I’ve heard that you should do it for about 4 to 5 minutes. 30 minutes could def get someone dizzy (or worse), especially if they stand up too fast after it

I usually do protective style to make my hair grow
Be careful with the Geritol, not sure why, but I took it a couple of days the pills, I started feeling off and then I had double vision and dizziness. I stopped taking them. I might try and take half and see if that helps, it could be that whatever is in there giving me that reaction my body already has more than enough of it. I don't know what was going on.....
Were you drinking enough water? But maybe try every other day or skip two days.
I'm wondering about cutting off dye but I won't , id rather have roots than short hair, I've had short hair for years and I'm tired if it

You need to drink more tea that can stimulate blood flow in your follicles. Like fenugreek tea, chamomile tea, ginger tea, ashwagandha tea, butterfly pea flower tea etc. There are plenty of other teas but I can’t list them all. Do your research on tea and see what works best for you.

Geritol pill had my hair so long I had look when I ordered it and when I had got my hair silk pressed my hair was down my back I dyed my hair twice 2020 and experienced so much hair loss I have to get your oil and start back wearing my real hair again you just inspired me to get back to it!!
