Thank You, Hillcrest - Shanna

In this #Thankful video, Shanna, an RN at Hillcrest for ten years, tells her story. Two days after the loss of her father, Shanna’s mother celebrated her 80th birthday for the first time without her husband. Hardly more than a week later, Shanna’s mother experienced a health scare in which she drove past seven different hospitals to get to Hillcrest, knowing she would experience the best care.
In total, Shanna’s mother spent 26 days at Hillcrest. Explaining how her colleagues in the Cath Lab and throughout the hospital cared for her mother during this tough time, Shanna expresses her gratitude to those who helped her mother heal through a “thank you” letter.
