why are some vertically designed ? how do you hang towels on these types ??

Would the size of the towel rail in the video heat up a small bathroom aswell as the towel's?

Thank you for reaching, our heated towel rails are not designed to heat the bathroom. There is one major difference between a bathroom radiator from Europe and a heated towel rail. It is the amount of electricity they use.
The average heated towel rail is around 60 - 180 Watts, whereas a bathroom radiator would be 500 - 800 Watts. So, while a European radiator will be able to warm a bathroom, a heated towel rail with the fractional power consumption is only designed to dry your towel.

@@bathroombutler-bb my towel heater is 150w it heat's the bathroom just fine but it's not great for heating towels as it doesn't seem to penetrate the towels well.

Or you can do what I do I ring out my washcloths use it to get all the water off of my body before I use my towel then my towel never gets wet also by doing this it takes loose dead skin off of my body a now Towel Rails cant do that. Another thing if you smell mold and mildew in your towels you are keeping it out too long you need to change with a fresh one. Don't waste your money on this.

Hi Kelly, please check your electrical connection and make sure the heated towel rails is switched on, there is a switch located at the bottom on the left hand vertical post.
